Got a call from this number on my cell phone but it was for my mother-in-law regarding an alledged court summons.  Not sure how they got my phone number as the point of contact for my mother-in-law as we live in different cities within the same state & the area codes aren't even the same.

We live overseas but this number tried to contact us via our son-in-law's number. They alleged we were "involved in a case." They would not give details but urged us to call them back asap. I have no idea how they connected us to our son in law's number... which leads me to think they are phishing and may be identity thieves???

If you were "involved in a case", you'd have received notification via MAIL.

I received a phone call and the lady gav me these number to call 855-854-8802 and she said its a summons.  I knew to google the number right away cause one of my coworker got the same call weeks ago I knew it was going to be a scam maybe because its tax time and these people think that maybe one of their calls would scam someone and get their info and get money out from them. Smh

I just got a call from 682-305-2544 asking for 'me' but with a name which is no longer valid.  They said they were a messanger which was employed to deliver some legal documents and needed to be sure I would be home to accept them.  This obviously was alarming.  So I agreed that I was this person and verified the last 4 digets of my social. To this they caller responded with  a number (1-855-854-8802) and gave me a case number.  

Alarmed I called this number, someone answered, I gave them the case number and they put me on hold.  Several minutes later a lady answered the phone with  

I received a call with them telling me it is for may daughter and left a case number regarding a summons. I asked my daughter about this as I was googling this number. She was shocked that I got a call about her and some summons with any case number.
I called the number and when they answered as GSA MANAGEMENT and I gave them the case number so they placed me on hold. I hung up and called back and wanted to know why I was placed on hold. The name Dexter carter was mentioned and said it is regarding documents and I asked why is this being done over the phone and not through actual documents sent through the mail. they said the documents have been mailed and they shoulod be received on Monday.
Whatever.

Just got the call. Well they actually called my Brother In Law. I called back verified my SSN and they said it was a old credit card. I had filed bankrutcy( Not proud of) and it was included. I called my Attorney and she said im ok I have my paperwork. Thought i would look it up online and i see its alot of people. They are looking for the ones quick to pay it off without having to go to court. Thats what they say. we can settle now before you get Summons. Beware all.. Thank you for sharing

i got a call also from them and they want 3000 on a credit card i never got and never had

we been getting calls from this number but when I call back I never get anyone and the one time I did they told me they had the wrong person.....but they keep calling...

The rest of the story is that is a scam company.

These thieves had nothing to send.  They are scammers who refuse to mail proof of the debt.

I Got a call from from the same number saying that I being sued by mybank who I bank with. Saying a payday loan company was sueing me. So when I called them back she had and attitude with me cause I called her out basically saying that's it's a scam.

Wont even give an address

Received a call from this indicating I have a summons needing to be delivered, I agree with someone else who posted stating court summons are mailed.  Thank you all for taking the time to post, I won't waste time calling these thieves back!

wouldnt tell me where exactlly located and said that the person needs to call the number back and if you wantsome one to get the message and explain the summons you need to give the persons name and they will explain it all to them who  you give permission to recieve the information of the summons. really fishy..

Someone from this number has call both my Mother and Sister about serving me a summons and left a number. This is 2 call in two days.

This number called my sister asking for me about some legal documents they wanted to ship me.  They called her like 30 times in a 4 day period.  I called the number, gave them the case # (14Z54945), and they asked me to verify the last four of my SSN.  When I gave them the last four, they said that wasn't the one they had on file.  Have no idea how they got my name, and my sister's phone number.
