I got a call Nov 21 asking that I call this number to get information on "my claim". Some threatening dude mentioned I was gonna be served paper. No clue as to why. He ends it with "good luck". Mentioned that if I'm not home, they'll go to my work to serve the papers. Scary. But I think it's a scam.

Got a Blocked Call. Left same message regarding, being 'served papers'. It was for another person (presumably, the person who last has my phone number) and if I wanted info regarding "my claim" to call the number. I am pretty sure it's just another collection agency trying to get you to call them.

They have been calling me for over a year saying i owe some loan from 06. real rude tries to threatn he also call me a few names saying i was gonna get whats comming to me and i was scum lol

I got the same call today! I don't owe any debit! I was told I would be served papers? I think it's [***]! Does anyone else that has got this call owe any debits?

Hey! I got the same call today! I pay all my debit and I know for a fact I don't owe nobody any money! Do you have any unpaid debit? Are they calling people random? I'm just curious.

Yes, I all so got a phone call this morning that someone was on their way to serve me papers and if I was not home they were going to go to my work and look for my supervisor and serve me there.

I got a call 855-869-2164 today, the caller told me that, "I am working in your area the next few days. I have some papers that need your signature. If you have any questions, you can call 855-869-2164. I will be delivering this papers between 2p-5p. If you are at work, you will need a supervisor or manager to sign".
Did anyone show up with papers????
