these people keep calling for me at a very old job and have been told several times to stop calling and they will not.......and on top of that its a military insulation..........they say its regarding repairing credit!!!!!!

Guy calls from "Pioneer Credit Recovery" this morning asking for someone I don't know. I tell him I don't know the girl and ask why he is calling me. He said he associated me with her by our place of employment. I suggest to him that he reach out to our HR Department if he needs to reach the employee and stop calling me. Next, I get a  call from my parents stating the same guy called their home phone number earlier today asking for me but told them it was referencing the other girl. I'm filing a complaint with our State Atty General office.

These people "Pioneer Credit Recovery" keep calling me looking for my ex husband's 1st wife (I was his 2nd) whom I've never met.

Can someone help me identify what this company is doing? Asked for me by using a last name I haven't used in years (divorced and unfortunately ex is also deceased) stating "in reference to an unclear name s/l Jenny kingus, of whom I've never heard) instructs me to " please use reference number ######.)  What type of company is this?

They collect on student loans

Someone called me identified themselves as Nick calling on behalf of a Katherine Bickley. I do not know the number or this person's name. They called me by name I did not return the phone call

BBB reached out to the business with concerns about the Department Of Education cancelling their contract with Pioneer Credit Recovery and stating the reasons for that cancellation were due to collection agencies who  “weren’t engaging in fair and straightforward practices in compliance with Federal and State laws”.  All accredited businesses are held to a higher standard and we requested that Pioneer respond to the statement made by the Department Of Education.  The business did respond.  Please see a portion of that response below:

Someone call me to lower interest rate for my credit cards, they ask credit card numbers and personal info to access the credit card

You didn't give it to them, I hope! If so, cancel it immediately!
