This number 855-872-4975, IS A SCAM, do not give them any of your personal information.

They are trying to tell you that you are going to served paperwork and you are in litigation for a prior loan, most likely an old payday loan.

They can't do anything to you, the debt is most likely past the statue of limitations.

Most states won't allow the collection of payday loans anyways

got a call that there was a formal complaint against me. called back and there was no business name. no one left a name it was a computerized voice. I guess if I was going to be served paperwork i would have been already.
SCAM

I just got a call 5 minutes ago. It's the second time they've called me. This time it's a different number but it's the same guy that left me a voicemail of Friday. Says that formal complaint stuff as well. Such a scam.

Total scam and in violation of the FDCPA ( FAIR DEBT COLLECTIONS PRACTICES ACT ) I've been a collection manager for 20 years somebody needs to call them and tell them they're going to be served if they don't quit their illegal tactics
