This company obtained an acquaintance's phone number, that I only have contact with via Facebook  and left a message for me. I contacted them and asked them how they obtained the info and the said they didn't contact my acquaintance and that they were only a mediator for a debt they claimed that I owed. I looked up the company Mc Keller group and there are tons of 800notes on them confirming they are a scam. BLOCK this number. DO NOT call them back

Josh Heron called me last thursday apparently. My phone is NOT made public. IDK how they obtained this number. The message sounded sketchy. He spoke very slowly but did not leave me ANY info other than a reference number. Nothing else

Apparently this company has a few different numbers and several different addresses. Based on what I've found online it looks like this is a scam

Not only have I recieved calls from 855-872-7001 from a Tom Rogers but also my mother and grandmother.  This guy has called looking for me using my married and maiden name saying he is going to come to my work and home and do a legal evaluation if I do not return their calls and dosn't want to embarass me at work by doing so!!  He calls from an unknown number and leaves messages on my phone and I have never answered. He leaves a legal claim number 765-77CA.  I am starting to get really annoyed, this is going way too far with him calling family members all for a possible debt!!

I received a call from them using my maiden name asking for payment for a claim from TMG file#76427.  Scam!!!  Beware-855-872-7001 - It came in as a Private #.  

These guys are professional crooks! Harassed me with multiple blocked numbers and got my family member's cell phone number. They were telling me that they were my County's Administrator and they want to know if I'm home because they are going to serve me. Really? I didn't know I got a courtesy call before I get served you dill weeds. What are we in first grade? They continued to give me a claim number as if I care.

Folks, I've been sued multiple times and this is not how it goes. So if you get a call like this, it's all about them trying to put fear into you to pay up. 20/20 and others have done great stories about these kinds of criminals scamming older people out of money because they know a family member has had credit or legal problems in the past, so the family member thinks it's a real call.

P.S. The website for McKellar Group LLC, is not even finished. They couldn't even be bothered to take the sample text "Lorem ipsum etc." off their page to at least make it look somewhat real! What a joke. Anonymous needs to hack these [***].

This guy is an assclown to say the least his name was Richard Cortez.  Calls my mother in a city I have not lived in for almost 20yrs tells her I have a court date in the county I have not lived in for almost 20yrs.  She calls me stressed out since she is 80yrs old.  I called the guy back he gives me some BS for a file number I asked what it was for and he could not even tell me who the original account was from.  I just bought a house I know what my credit looks like and this BS was never an issue or even came up when getting my home loan.  This guy is a looser and this is a scam!

This number just called my son's girlfriend. REALLY????? Don't know how they connected her with me when she lives 60 miles away. They scared her and gave her a story about legal papers. She wouldn't give them any info but siad she would have me call them. BUT, instead I looked up the number and found out this company is a SCAM!

Called from a blocked number and left a voice msg about a pending legal action that they wished to discuss with me.  Caller was "Melinda" and left a case number.  I blocked my number and called back.  A male answered, I said that they had left me a msg and my case number was xxxxxx.  He asked who was calling so he would know who to transfer the call to.  I replied that wasn't relevant as he had the case number, but if he wanted to know who to transfer the call to, it was "Melinda".  He then said there was no such person there and he needed my phone number and name to help me.  Conversation didn't last much longer after that.  Don't waste your time returning the call.

Started calling last week and calls EVERY day multiple times.  Said it's regarding a complaint that has been filed against me and then leaves a file #.  A little intimidating but BS none the less.  The number on my Caller ID always says "Unknown" but the number he leaves for me to call him back is 855-872-7001

Then I called back and some dude answered the phone saying some other firm name than what she told me. Then I asked, 'Simply state the name of your firm' and he put me on hold. It sounded like some random young guy masturbating in his living room.

First William called and I found out it is a fraud/scam.
Now someone else. I called the state  Atty. General  and they are on to them too.
Don't return call.

I had the same person RIchard Cortez call me at my work # stating he was a court processor that I was being sued. I asked for what and by whom, he acted concerned and shocked that I didn't know for what? He said he didn't have that info but would transfer me to another group who could provide that data and for me to provide my address.  What court processor wants to serve me but doesn't know my address? I immediately hungup but wanted to search around today to see where this # he called me from ties back to.  Thanks for the info guys!

Same thing, they called my wife's cell phone asking for my dad who has been out of the country for the past 8 years..... what a douche... Will be reporting this as well.

The guy called me today with the same thing as you said, I just took down the info and said ok.  Not calling back.

This company called my son, I have no idea how they obtained his number who forwarded an urgent message to me that I call this number regarding me being sued for bad debt. Curious since my credit score is above average and I can only think about a debt that I had over 10 years ago.

Wish I had some recourse.

Yup, this number just called my sisters house saying, someone is suing me, I never lived in my sisters house or used the nimber, I dont even know her house number, My mother just called me worried someone was suing me, But since i know the gov't is letting everyones info go to telemarketers, I knew it was a scam, I think his name was Anthony.

Apparently these are very intriguing scammers.  Some how thru the credit reporting companies such as Experian, TRW-Trans Union they obtain previous information on individuals.

What you need to know about this so called number 855-872-7001 is that regardless of what they may tell you about their actual physical location, it can very well be a "lie"!  They are notorious liars, which will never enter the kingdom of heaven, "no way!"

Also know that there is a Statute of Limitations for debt if you had owed, went bankrupt, or could not pay debts because of prevailing circumstances, such as "no money available", or being on a limited salary, retired, or on SS.  I think the Statute of Limitations goes for no more than "7 years", on debt
