called me about some $1000 savings certificate and later sent me a postcard about the same thing. Another scam i guess

This phone number is a recorded conversation, claiming to introduce a travel company in your area. They then ask if you are married or single, and if your combined income is at least 50,000 dollars... I also record the conversation..I highly discourage anyone from giving out this personal info.....SCAM

Yes this pone number is a scam associated with a post card advertising Free 8 day/ 7 nght cruise to and from any airport in US. In addition $500 in groceries, $500 in dining - sponsored by Walmart, Target, Carnival and Priceline.com - oh, and $50.00 Vacation Cash.  Postcard is from Tampa, FL Permit #78.

Postcard is pretty neat it has all the company logos in the correct colors. Oh the things one can do with a color printer and a pre-sorted postage paid permit.

I received a postcard with similar information.  It has the $500 grocery or dining savings from Wal-Mart or Target or trip involving Marriott and priceline.com.  Tampa, FL Permit #78.  I'm definitely not calling

Is there any authorities to stop them from ripping people off and put them in jail? this is completely illegal to use logos of other companies to scam people. I am not familiar with legal works but surely there are knowledgeable fellows out there who are able to give legal advises to innocent people who becomes victims of these jerks.

I received a letter/post card from this people with the "US Airways" logo telling me that I had won two (2) free airline tickets to anywhere in the Continental of the USA with a retail value of $1,398. No other company name is attached, but the name of a person identifying herself as Vice President.  Don't be a fool if you receive such a letter, they usually ask you to put down some money for taxes, etc. This is a SCAM!!!!!!

I also received the fake US Airways letter, signed by Dana Kline.  It's definitely a scam!

My card has logos from Priceline, Walmart and Target.  I called the number on the card (offer code: 14BB1206D) and was promised a certificate for two free RT airline tickets if I attend a 90 minute presentation for a vacation & travel club.  The company mentioned was "Global Holidays" and the presentation is at 450 Century Parkway, Blue Bell, PA  19422.  I recognize this as a scam for a vacation club since I heard the exact same sales job in Allentown.  The "free" tickets require you to pay a series of reservation fess, handling charges, etc.  I would stay, far, far away.  (I do typically book a reservation just to fill their slots and save some poor soul.)

They are likely associated with Divine Getaways, Celebrity Productions,  Wonderland Incentives, Grand Incentives, and TravelSmart (or Travel Smart).  They have set up their scam in Allentown, Plymouth Meeting, and now Blue Bell.

Another fake US Airways re: 2 roundtrip tix for up to $1398 from VP Dana Kline.  US Airways better jump on this one with law enforcement.

I scanned this and sent it onto the real US Airways with a note to 'do with what they want to'

I'm guessing that signing up for D.N.C list both in Florida (Which cost me money) and the National D.N.C. list is really an exercise in futillity...what can be done with these calls ??????????

Received 2 free US Airways offer from VP Dana Kline. I see its a scam at the same time, I wonder if 855 area code toll free?

Screamed "SCAM" from the bogus logo in the letterhead. So I called and asked who I was calling. "Customer Service" he said. "Whose customer service?"  I asked. "Global Travel Promotions" was the answer. "What gives you the right to use US Air's logo? He gave an answer clearly indicating the presence of BS. He wanted the code number at the bottom of my letter. Yeah, right. First tell me what the catch is?  I can only discuss the details if I have your code number. I'm not going to do that but thank you SO MUCH for your time.  Like I said SCAM.

I just got the same US Airways letter.  The logo looks a little funny to me.  This should be illegal to use someone else's logo.  Thanks so much for your post.  Now I know where to file this post.  Where do they get our names and addresses?  Scary!

I won tkts for 2 scam letter. notice that the real USAIRWAYS is spelled with all caps this logo is upper lower case.
