Something about a 'letter of intent'.  Sounds like a phishing expedition.  Number is blocked now.

received call from this number saying what sounded like this is Dr. Regal and then about a letter of intent trying to contact me for days. I never pick  up on unknown numbers. Its a scam!!!!

Keeps calling for a Dana, saying Looking for someone who doesn't live here about some "letter of intent... I will not call them back...they have called several times. My cell they keep calling is 304-218-4369

This number left a message on my work phone and stated that they have a letter of intent and have been trying to reach me for the past couple of days. The individual asked me to call them immediately upon receiving the message.  Not returning the call!!  Smells like a scam to me!!!!

Same as above. "Been trying to contact you for the last couple of days ". I did call back and told the woman who answered, that the person who they were looking for, not here, never been here, and never will be.....

Scam.  "Letter of Intent" or "Certified Letter of Intent" scam.  Callers pretend to be process servers and tell the people they call that they are going to "serve"  these non-existent documents.  Call from a variety of numbers.  No idea where this "Stockton Regal " is located.  Just an attempt to scare money out of people.  Don't fall for it.  Ignore and block these  calls.  Courts do NOT issue letters.  They issue official court documents.  These are set up  according to the laws of the state and locality they are located in.

If you were the subject of a pending civil lawsuit, you'd have received a letter from the attorney for the other party.  You'd have a paper trail.

Then, if a case was filed, you'd have received a summons delivered to you by someone licensed to serve process in your locality.  You would NOT have first heard about any civil law case from some scammery-scummery debt collector who cold calls you and starts demanding money.

You can check this out yourself by simply going down to the local main civil court and checking the defendants civil list.  The court clerks are usually glad to help and are familiar with these kinds of scams.

This number has left one message per week over the last three weeks.  "Stockton Regal" calling about a "letter of intent".  "This message is intended solely for Gabriel T********". (removed for privacy).  I am not Gabriel T.  I've had my number since 2003, and no one with that name has ever shared it with me.  Phishing scam.

They have called me once a day since Monday the 13th. Same lame script about a letter of intent. I wish I knew where they were located as I would like to pay them a visit that they would never forget.

On 16 Feb2017 I received a call from this number. As I do not answer calls on my cell that I do not recognized, I did not answer. But some one left a voice message saying that he is Dr Regal and that he has been trying to reach me for the past couple of days that require immediate action regarding a certified notice of intent and that I should call him back at 855-885-1283. First I do not have any doctor by that name, second it was the first time he called. I decide to google his phone number and came to this page as well as other pages. Found out it is an scam. Be aware.

This is a [***] Scam.  Please call them back, telling them to go [***] Themselves.  [***] with them as they want to screw with us.

Just got the same call about "letter of intent".  Been trying to reach me for "days"...   Its a scam...

this company is a joke I finally answered and spoke with a Philip Rosenberg.  he says it was for my victorias secret card .. he wanted my social I told him no. he goes ok well blah blah blah this is what is going on can u pay it off today . I said no and told him he can email me all this documentstuff he has for this charge n he asked for my email and I gave it . he said ok I just emailed it to u can u check it now while on the phone with me and I said no . he went on n on about same bs he been repeating and finally I hung up . checked my email and there is nothing from him . don't fall for this crap ppl!

First of all their collection attempts are illegal. I researched and it is against the law for them to threaten you with fake legal documents that dont exist. They go by many names, they are our of upper NY and have many lawsuits against them for illegal collection tacktics. He closes once he gets in trouble and then opens in a new name. Don't deal with them, if you want to pay off old debtor just call them and work it out with them. Tell this scammer to cease contact and he must stop calling or sue him.
