I got a call from this number, after a short delay the person said they were from XYZ (I didn't acutally catch the letters she talked fast) and went off on a little speil about me being eligible for a "program" for my VA loan because it's over $125000.  As soon as she stopped talking, I told her to take me off the list and to never call again, and she hung up.  I am on the do-not-call registry (ha!) but to some fly-by-nights, it makes no difference.

Called my cell, but didn't leave a message.  Caller ID just has the phone number.  The last time I dealt with mortgage re-fi calls (if that's what this is) - I told them I was renting an apartment & it stopped the calls for a bit.  So much for being on the do not call list. :-(

Got a call from this number.   I don't answer calls when I don't recognize the number.   I figure if it is important, they will leave a message.   They left no message.

I got a call yesterday, and again today.  I don't answer calls without names.  It seems that I will need to block this number in case they want to call tomorrow again

First the robo greeter  says they are with VRS Rate Reproductions (Reductions?), whatever that is, then when you finally speak to a representative,  they just say VRS-- which is supposed to be a screening company to find out if you qualify for some new program to lower the interest rate for people with VA loans. Something the Congress was supposed to have "just passed." Right.  I think this is some sort of a scam. I'd stay away from these people.

Just received a call on my cell, but didn't answer.  I called them back from my landline at my work because I was sure it was yet another one of these numbers calling about a VA loan since I keep getting them.  When they answered the guy started in on his spiel, guess he thought he was being connected to an outgoing call instead of my incoming call.  Claimed to be VRS and wanted to discuss my VA loan and a program I could qualify for.  I hung up without saying a word.  Yet another number to add to the blocked list on my cell.

Got a call for about the 7th time from these people wanting to talk about my VA loan. I told them I sold my house, don't have a VA loan, and don't call back; but they keep on calling.

I got this call on my AT&T home phone. I know I can block 6 numbers through AT&T, but it is aggravating to do it. Once it is full (with 6) you have to enter the number you want to delete before you can add another number to block. It is aggravating to have to listen to currently blocked numbers, write one down, remove it, then add the new one. GRRRR. If I didn't need my home phone for certain calls, I would drop them just because I cannot BLOCK as many as I want to.

This number called my home phone. When I answered no one said anything. So I said, "Hello?" two more times before I heard a lady say something before hanging up on me (couldn't make out what she said). I called back just to see what it is, and a lady answered. She spoke very fast. She said they were with VRS, then asked who she had "the pleasure of speaking with" and I told her my name. She asked if I was a veteran, and I said "No. Do you guys just call random numbers and hope to God you get someone who is or something? Because no one in this house is a veteran." She went on to say she was sorry for the misunderstanding, and I told her they need to stop calling people trying to make a buck, especially those who served our country. Then I hung up.

My ATT home phone allows me to block up to 20 numbers, and I can do it online through my account access.  You might check to see if your rules have changed.

Got a call from them everyday this week.  Never answered.  Called back to say don't call me anymore and they hung up on me.  I reported them on donotcall.gov  Everyone should do the same thing.  The more people that report them, the more likely they are to be prosecuted.

800notes is not affiliated with your callers, we are not calling you either. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also. We can't stop anyone from calling you either or remove from a list.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
