They called my parents house, looking for my husband. They claim to be Lee & Associates (in California) & that he owes a cell phone bill, my husband has never had our cell phone in his name. I called back & they left me on hold for over 10 minutes.  I called again & they weren't sure who called my parents, they said that they were getting ready to take my husband to court. I asked for proof of debt & they kept avoiding the question...I then told them I would be contacting the attorney general in TX, & he got mad. I just hung up.

Appears to be a scam to get in touch with us regarding filing disability (from 2007)??? We have never filed disability.

Said they has a complaint against me
And said it was urgeny

Boy my wish for them is an itch they cannot reach;

They called me with my ss number and claimed i owed 8000 on a chase card I never owned. I guess Ill wait for the papers they said they are going to serve me

Last week this number left a message at my mother's house. This week they left it on my cell phone. They said it was regarding my ex-brother-in-law and a court case that was extremely urgent. I have never even met this man. We share a last name and that is all. My mom is completely outside of that family. I don't know how they got my cell number (as I am VERY secretive about it) and am irritated that they are taking up space on both of our answering services. If they knew anything concrete about my brother-in-law, they'd know he has never had any connection to my or my family.

A lady who sometimes refers to herself as Miss Davis or Suzanne Davis calls my cell phone every couple of days looking for my dad. The number comes up as "no caller ID", so I don't answer the phone. Most of the time I miss it anyway. I then get a voice mail under the phone number "unknown."

She never identifies what company she is with. She always says it is an urgent matter and that they must speak with my dad immediately or a decision will be made without his input or consent. She never states what service or product my dad supposedly is delinquent on. She always tells me to call her back at 855-891-9079.

I usually just delete the voice mail and move on, but it really pissed me off today so I actually called the number back. The man that answered the phone sounded nice, professional, and legit. I gave him the case number and lady's name. He asked what my relationship was to the person in the file. He wanted to ask me some more questions, but I bit his head off and went off about all of these phone calls that I keep receiving for something that has nothing to do with me. He kept trying to talk some lame, vanilla crap, so I told him that I was going to file a complaint with my state again, just like I have done for every other phone call that I've received from them, and I hung up om him.

Same stories as everyone else. Except I was so scared, I paid that 1st payment before checking this 'debt' out! Threatened with civil action at work if I didn't! 'Erik Fischer' was the phony attorney on the phone.

Afterward, I called HSBC and they stated I never HAD a debt with them. Called my bank, cancelled debit card, put a stop on automatic withdrawals, and filed a fraud complaint. Also checked my credit report at CreditKarma and there is NO debt from HSBC listed! Also filed complaint online with the BBB.
