ID themselves as  something that sounded like "Imperial Processing .   Seems to be a debt scamming operation.

An entry dated 19 Feb 2015  (844-823-0319) on 800notes  indicates that Imperial Processing is the latest incarnation of PDA.

Just because a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt does not mean you owe it
If a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt:

    1.    Demand the person give you his or her name, company name, and address
    2.     Demand a debt validation letter by US mail.  E-mail no good.
    3.    Do not pay  the collection agent or anyone else a  DIME  until the debt is validated.

Of course they won’t do this, no scammer ever will, so simply block their calls and ignore them.

    If they are bothering you,

    Report them:

    http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0149-debt-collection

Also contact your local attorney general

If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money,  tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.

Received an obvious scam debt collection call from the following "spoofed" number 215-809-1506 with CID Langhorne, PA on 6 March 2015 at 1023 hrs.  It left a recorded robotic message.
Message Transcript:  You have been deemed the named respondent on a civil complaint attached to your name and social. Press 1 to schedule a service of process or call the claimants office at 1-855-901-2443 today.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!  It's a scam to scare honest but gullible people to pay a debt they don't have.
FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE Federal Trade Commission and your state Attorney Generals Office.  The more complaints the more motivated the government agency will be to go after the scum sucking dirt bags behind this scam!

Imperial Processing Solutions called me with an attempt to collect a fake debt. I told them I didn't recognize the account that they were attempting to collect on, and that I would call them back after verifying the information. After hanging up the phone, I googled their name and also called the CFPB & came to the conclusion that they were definitely scammers. However, since they have been calling me daily and I want the phone calls to stop, I did call them back to get my phone number taken off their list.

When I called them back, I told them I was unable to verify the debt and that I would only consider paying it after they send me a debt validation letter by mail, and also, they would need to remove me from their phone list. He said, "you have a debt and you want me to send you a letter? How about you pay off your debt today and then I will remove you from our list?" To which I replied, "No, how about you send me a debt validation letter by mail, since that is what the CFPB advises me to do in this situation, and since that is how a legitimate debt collector would operate?" This seemed to make him mad and he replied, "Ok, have 2 forms of id on you when the cops come and pick you up!" Then he hung up.

If these guys call you, please do not pay any money and do not give out any of your personal information. Ask for a debt validation letter and don't give them your mailing address. If they ask you for your mailing address, tell them they should have it on file if they are really a legitimate debt collector. Also, tell them to remove you from their phone list & file a complaint with the FTC.
