§ 806.  Harassment or abuse  [15 USC 1692d]A debt collector may not engage in any conduct the natural consequence of which is to harass, oppress, or abuse any person in connection with the collection of a debt. Without limiting the general application of the foregoing, the following conduct is a violation of this section:

(1) The use or threat of use of violence or other criminal means to harm the physical person, reputation, or property of any person.

HI receive a call from this people a guy and girl, girl name Jennifer Martinez and the guy don't remember but they harass me with putting criminal charges and claim to be a collection company for a company name Advance America and I was asking questions to see it was legit after I paid $200 dollars and the guy refused to give any more info of my loan in 2009 instead he just harass me and hang up the call I called Advance America and they dint know anything about Allied and there company and so filed charges and called my back for fraud since then they haven't called me or nothing... They are fraud who stolen people identity so if they call you then they have all you personal info so my advice is to file a fraud alert on your credit report asap !!!!
