yes I have its a scam

I have gotten several in the last two days but havent returned the cal.l I think it is a scam.

I dont know what is this company the call my work place

They called my mom and said they had a claimant against me that's all that'
s all they said!!!!

Mr. Decker called from 516-342-5332 and stated that they have a fraudulent claim against me and even gave me some stupid claim number like I am going to respond their is no way that someone from a claim department would call you and not give you the name of the claim department and what it is for. i wish people would get a life then they gave me 855-969-3336 to call them back

This is an obvious scam. The same recorded message or the guy giving you 24 hours to respond (they've been giving me 24 hours for over a month now) calls without ever telling you what it's all about. I suspect that they target people who have had financial problems in the past (if you have been sued or had a judgment entered against you the records are easily obtained) to try to trick money out of them.Contact your local Consumer Fraud Bureau.

Do not give this person any of your information. It is a fraud and had the nerve to give a claim number .... These people need to find someone else to try to scam.  PLAESE DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION!!!!!!

No. They go after people with decent credit.
