they called and left a message saying that me and my attorney did not show up for court so I will be summoned to appear in court....lol such BS! it was a computer calling. not even an actual person!

I received the same thing on my work number.

I got a call from this number, asking for someone who is not me, and they left the following message.
"This message is intended for (not my name). This is Marshall Rogers with the department of legal services. We need to verify your location information for the proper delivery of a legally required notice. You have one opportunity to contact our officer for the matter at 855-977-2168. Your case number is 142223. You have the option to press any key on your keypad to connect directly to our office. YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED."
Scare tactics, much? I didn't return the call, since they weren't asking for me.

I, too received the same message, Marshall Rogers, etc.  only it was computer not a live person and they mentioned my name.  received the call at my job.  but with a different case number.

I received the exact call today, but they had my name!

I received the exact same message as Bluejuliet just different case no.  It did not give my name therefore ignored it.

I want to know who these people are with info on me and ad bogus crap about a debt that does not exist

I was told to call the ftc and get it resolved total bs but I want to get them back
