Recorded Message stated and agent will be at my residence along with a police officer.  Really.. That's the best you got?
You're not even going to try and sound like you're legitimate?  Total Scam. These calls change their phone number but it's the same message.  Scare tactics, will not send proof of debt,  No company name, No reference to the lender,  I do not have any outstanding loans except for my car and house.

Here's the funny part.. I called the number back and a lady answered.  Said she's been working my town for the last two weeks and is in town now if I want to avoid a law suite.  for what I said?  <I don't know, it's in a sealed envelop,  I'm just to serve you>.  Oh.. OK.  You're in my town right now?  <Yes I am>.  And you've been here for two week?  <Yes I have>.  I said, well my town has a population of 32.  You could have knocked on everybody's doors 100X in that amount of time. <silence>  I then asked why it sounded like she was in a call center with people talking in the background.  She said she was eating at a food court and that background was other people.  I said, well why are they all talking about payment plans then?  <Silence> Also, we do not have a restaurant in town.  (silence)  I then said, Did you come across the bridge to get in town.  <Yes I did>.  Oh, well that bridge has been out for 3 years.  NICE TRY, Please come by the house, I'd love to meet you and see what you have to serve me.  <Are you sure..OK, I'll be there shortly>.  - I've been waiting for a month and no body has come by.  

I received a call 9/23/14  2:30 MST from NOCALLERID, the message left was from Omar Smith, from the state official office? He is coming with a police officer to my house or place of employment to serve me. I need to call back 855-977-2230 or they will see me shortly.

Come and see me. I access my credit report monthly and do not have anything on there of a bad debt.
It is also illegal to threaten with police force. I will be reporting this company, yet again.

Got a call from this number 9/23/14. They told me they were coming to my work to arrest me with a Body Attachment warrant. I foolishly panicked thinking they were coming to pick me up.

I called the number back and got a girl named Nichole Taylor on the phone who said she was some type of clerk. She informed me of a loan company was claiming I got a loan with no intention of paying it and I had closed my account to prevent them from getting there money.  

The account they mentioned I closed a few months ago, not two years ago like they are saying. I also never used the loan company they also claim I used.

After contacting my lawyer he told me this is a total scam and they have become huge in the last two years. They can not come arrest you over debt, they will say cops are on there way...but they aren't. They are just trying to scare you into paying up. They will ask you for a credit or debt card so the transaction is instant and you can't put a stop payment on it.

Here is some advice from my lawyer. If they say that an officer is coming to pick you up, ask for his Name and Badge ID Number, than ask for that officers Supervisors name and Badge ID number.

These people are criminals, and they need to be stopped!!

I received a call from a unknown number that did leave a message stating they are Omar Smith (with a very heavy hispanic accent) stating that have a "body attachment form" ready to be delivered to my house and to call 8559772230. they left me now account number or a company name. So i called that number right away. First i spoke to "john" he transferred me to "Nicole Taylor" she stated I owe $700.00 and it needed to be paid today. Well sorry to disappoint but i dont have $700.00 and no way will I be paying $700.00 with no paper work and information about this so called open account. She stated well that you can get served. My response to her ok go ahead. You can sue me for $700.00, then I will appear in court and prove to the judge I dont have any money to pay. she said let me see what i can do. Placed me on hold (15 minutes) then stated she was going to transfer me to her supervisor. He lowered the amount due to $450.00. He told me sorry I still cant forward that and he said hold on and let me see what I can do. On hold again and was transferred back to John (the first person I spoke to). He stated ok you know what let me help you ok. Let me review this and see what i can do. On hold again. This time John came on and said i can do a credit on this account and let me see what the amount comes up to. On hold again. This time I wasn't even speaking and waiting to see what they will tell me. John (actually nice) got back on the phone and said i can give you a discount and if you pay $150.00 this account will close and be will settled.

Now you tell what? If this is really a body attachment form (whatever they say) how or why will they lower the amount due 50% more then what you owe. I say hell no they wont. Something fishy about this company and there not even local. They live in Washington.

I ended up settling the account for $50.00!!! From $700.00 to $50.00 just to close this and not get anymore calls from this company. They will email me out a new PIF letter and settlement letter.

They dont report on credit report too!!!!  

Just received a call saying they are sending police to get me for a body attachment. And they would stop me from going to Germany for my granddaughters birth if I didn't pay..

John Tuti just called me from the Intermediate Bureau of Commerce saying that I owe more $850 on an online loan that I got back in 2012 for the amount of $300. He said that a US Marshal was coming out to my residence to serve me and possibly arrest me. Like really?! These people are pieces of shi*!! Messing with peoples lives just to try to make a few dollars. I feed into it until my husband calmed me down and said it was a scam. Dont believe this stupid people and dont let them take your hard earned money. Best wishes...

They called my cell telling me the same thing that they were sending a police officer to collect a debt but wouldn't tell me what for and that I could call the Interstate Bureau of Commerce at 855-977-2230 and they would give me more information

I was at work and missed a phone call. I checked the message and it said that there was an officer on the way to my residence or place of employment. Then I immediately panic because I couldn't really make out the words. The woman that I talked to was very tight lipped about the a file that was taken with officer. That's when I was like this is bull to the [***] and you can kiss my grits. I ask my mom to call back because she has a different number and since they wanted to lie, I did too. I called back and said I was Det. Dennis and I needed the badge numbers to my officers that were going to serve a teacher. She was like "this is who Det. D-D-D-Dennis or whatever" . I said well professionals don't talk like that, stay in character and hung up. I have no open loans and I do not use payday loans! Please find these jerks! oh yeah the number that called me was 732- 917-0997 but they referred me t 855-546-9147.
