Got a call from this number from an Ashley Foster (I think) saying she had a "claim" against me and need my address to file paperwork. Well the thing is, if it's a real claim they already have my address. So until (unless) I get actual paperwork from a Sheriff then I'm just going to ignore these people.

These guys are absolutely ridiculous. They call alllllll dayyyyy longgggg from a blocked number. Even if I do owe some type of debt they will never get [***] from me using this method. Clowns

got a call from 8559866647 a man stated he was Darren Neils- an order had been submitted to him at his office this morning - a claim had been filed against me- when he stated my name addressed me as MS. said he needed to verify my address or my place of employment so I could be served the order- and lef the 855 986-6647 number for me to call so we could discuss th claim-my response is not to call tem-because  clearly any debts I have if any - have my address  

I have been left terrorizing messages from this number over some debt.  They have called my mother, father, 2 brothers & even a high school classmate I havent seen since 1995 telling them that I have been going around writing bad checks & that it was my last warning to call them.  I ddon't negotiate with terrorist.

just got a call from a blocked number on my cell phone telling me to call 8559866647.  She said well you know why I'm calling right?  You should have been notified that I would be callling today to meet you. When I said I ahve no idea why you're calling me.  She gave me a claim number and this phone number and said that she would give me an hour and would call back to verify my address to serve me my paperwork.

Got a call today (2 calls). This time being rude and stating they had called me before and they had now verified my address and so on. This is my last chance before she serves me papers or something. They called at least 3 people I know with this claim business and I've had to tell each one to ignore it. Still family gets scared when they get those kind of calls and these people will call your boss. I have paperwork from the BBC to submit to my boss if/when they do that and if you call the BBC they will send it to you as well. If the debt is legit, you still don't have to be harassed and treated like a criminal. They can't arrest you. The worst they can do is garnish your wages and a place like this isn't likely to put that much money out.

Received a call for about a week straight everyday from a woman name :Ann Wilson. stated that I have a claim against me and need to verify my address so serve me.  I'm sure the company that reported me has my address.  They are so ignorant!
