Yup. Zzounds promo offer. Since I've bought with them more than once and made all my auto-payments, they offered extended payment options without credit checks, and said offer was good for 60 days (8 - 12 payments, instead of the standard 4). Guitar Center and other online music gear stores have denied me lines of credit, because I have crappy credit, but zzounds will give nearly anyone a 4 payment option. Consequently, in the last couple of years I've bought a guitar, a keyboard, and a Theremin from them, which I couldn't have afforded without the payments option. If they're calling you, you've probably already been a customer, and it's worth calling back at the same # (not the main #)..

down with guitar center those chumps will chump you. They will look you in the eye and lie to your face and pretend your friends chumps i'll never buy from them ever again. THANK YOU ZZOUNDS!

We are NOT chumps. Please, Vee, if you have a customer complaint do not leave them on sites like 800notes.com. You can contact our customer support at Guitarcenter.co.uk.ca.com. Please refrain from calling us chumps, most of our customer service reps have been called chumps in the past, and it brings back bad memories for them. We CANNOT afford to keep sending these chump reps to therapy.

ZZounds is the new #1 place to buy, just bought my acoustic through them. Getting my drums there next. Was shopping at guitar center for 20+ years until they came along. Thank God!

I was in the same boat. Couldn't have gotten the rane 62, turntables and booth monitors without the payment plan.

Zzounds rocks!  They powered the price on something I wanted to buy after showing them the lowest price somewhere else and then also applied a payment plan.  I wish they sold the OP-1!  Also their support and delivery are fast.

Legitimate calls are not considered unwanted calls and that is what people are here to find out about, an unwanted caller. It is not useful to know what legitimate company called, since you already know who it is and so would anyone else who got a legitimate call. Scammers, telemarketers and other shady criminals regularly "spoof" legitimate company numbers to trick potential victims into answering and give them a chance to trick them into giving personal info or money. These are the ones people report about and doesn't necessarily reflect on the actual business, unless it is a "shady" business.
