their website is great!  you can read descriptions of all the films, music, activity books there, some have trailers you can watch and you can write your own reviews.

BEWARE....these are telemarketers that bug you to death.  Check out all they complaint forums for Feature Films for Families.  Despite numerous complaints and lawsuits, they change their numbers and keep calling people on the do no call list and cell phones.

As with other numbers ending in 55xx, Feature Films for Families has pre-loaded this web page with an advertisement for their product even before they start using the number as they know it will have complaints filed.  They even get on to respond to complaints by chastising people to answer the phone so they get a shot at attempting to sell to you.  Check that first post date, July 20, just as with all the other numbers.  First complaint date is 3 weeks later when they start using the number.

Called on 9/3/09 at 9:03 AM.  Has been reported on the National Do Not Call Registry website.

Do not want calls from this company.

Has called several times in the last few days, always asking for the Lady of the House.  When we decline to cooperate with him he hangs up.  We are on the Attorney General's No Call list and are reporting him.  He introduced himself as Jeff with Friendly Films for Families

Lowlife spammers who pay no attention to the law. They're probably still trying to raise money they need to pay the lawsuit Verizon brought against them.

Somehow harassing families doesn't seem consistent with "family values", but these clowns value only one thing -- MONEY (yours).

The have been harassing me as well. I have never ordered a movie from them and I have no idea how they got my number. They have called from numbers to numerous to relate. This company is a complete menace.

"Sorry, wrong number."

"Oh, is there a time I can call back to speak with Cheryl?"

"Well, it's the wrong number, she doesn't live here."

"Ah, do you have a number I could reach her at?"

"No, because I don't know any Cheryl, you have the wrong number"

"Okay, have a goodnight"

Really?!  You have to follow your little protocol THAT closely?

They keep calling 2-3 times a day around evening from 7-10pm.

Keep calling 2-3 times a day. annoying. Do not answer the phone.

Their films are terrific. I bought some years ago when my kids were small and they touch base with me about once a year.  I am surprised to hear that people have trouble with them.

I don't know who this is.  When I answer no one is there.

I don't know if anyone else has noticed this but to me it sounds like a high tech interactive recording.  At least the calls I get do.  It's the same guy everytime and his voice inflections never change from call to call. Plus when you answer his questions there is a slight pause like it's a computer finding the correct response. I've played around with my answers to see the responses and this is what I think is going on.
