    This number called my cell phone, but I didn't answer.  I called back to see what this about.  It is some cheesy "free give-away" company that claims that I subscribed to them in February of this year.  I don't subscribe to anything like this, so they mined my phone number from some other source.  I guess the Do-not-call list does not work.

    I got this unwanted call this morning.

    Called this afternoon but ignored the call due to an unknown number. No message left.
    From what I have read, it comes from "WCA Sunscriber Services" (whoever that is) with an auto-dial system that ignores the do-not-call list.
    So a do-not-call list appears to be used by law abiding businesses and not by the phone heckler's for which it was implemented... Very interesting.
