We are getting two or three automated calls a day from 856-673-1308 saying this is Mr. Shapiro of PRS and leaves a number to call back. We have not called the person back. This is annoying. My husband and I are both over 70 and feel we are being harrassed and do not know why.

We are getting calls from this number.  Leaves a message with the same name and company.  We are not returning the calls.

Call them back. You either owe them a debt or someone who previously had the number does. Either way they will not stop until its settled.

Debt collectors will still call you, don't give them your personal or financial information. They are on a financial phishing trip and will stop when they sell the debt to another debt collector and the new one will start calling you. Check your credit report. If you do owe a debt make them validate the debt don't tell them you owe anything. Your debt may be sold if you make a payment it will restart the sold.

I don't owe any delinquent but many debt collectors have been calling me since 2004 I don't get any validation of the debt they are calling about because they are asking for someone that don't have my telephone number. Every call I get is the wrong number.

Two days ago this company pulled a credit report.  Today, I received a missed call from this number, but no message was left.  I have no credit card debt - so I'm concerned on the sudden inquiry.

Yes they will stop, they are azzholes

Contact the credit bureaus you may be able to sue, dispute the inquiry, put a fraud alert on your credit report. The collector did not have your permission to pull your credit report.

File a complaint with your state's ag, ftc and bbb.
