Threaten to go to credit bureau on my answering machine

Asking for person who lived at this residence 1.5 years ago.

Called cell, then sent a text to call this number.

This idiot keeps calling our house asking for someone who doesn't live here and whom we've never even heard of. We have to think about taking legal action because this has been going on for months.

Called my father's cell, but he don't speak English. As I see there is no reason to call this number back.

keeps calling my house stating it is an important business matter; yet when i ask what this is about they keep saying it is an "important business matter".

No one talks when answered.

Call came in at 6:15 a.m. When I picked up, there was no reply on other end of the line.

PUH-leaze!! LOLOLOL!  You d-bags routinely violate the FDCPA and continually harass the wrong people even when you have been repeatedly told to stop calling.  Do you actually think that posting that sappy message here is going to fool someone into calling you?

To those folks being harassed by this joke of a company, go to WWW.NACA.NET and use their free attorney referral link to find a lawyer who specializes in consumer law, and then sue the hell out of these punks for FDCPA violations.

funny thing is they probably already went to the credit bureau.. its a collections agency, dr bills, etc

Stop calling me God damn it...

there is nothing in the world that pisses me off more than this...

i was called.  about three times a day,  when i called back to tell them to stop calling they were very rude on the phone, and said that i wasn't called as often as i said i was. i then asked why they were calling, and he said it doesn't matter and hung up on me.

I'm about to begin calling them repeatedly.  This is a war!

I got a call from this number twice. It's a bill collector asking for someone else. They're very unprofessional and are willing to give out any information about themselves until they get background information from you.

LOL! If they are calling and harassing you then then just send them the "Cease and desist letter for Debt Collectors.  (http://credit.about.com/od/debtcollection/a/ceaseanddesist.htm) It will tell them to only contact you though the Mail in writing, and never call again.

If they don't listen, then they are in violation of FDCPA. I would record every conversation and amount of times they call and then file a lawsuit with those f*ckers. Get the money for harassing you and pay who ever you need to pay with there money.

Ha!! Good for you DD!!! I just got off the phone with some a hole from this company. He wasn't even calling for me!! He basicly threatened me!! After asking for personal information on a family member. He wanted cell phone numbers work numbers..after I told him I wouldn't give him any information and who the f are you?? I don't even know you..he said in a threatening tone Oh, you are gonna get to know me!! What a fkng jerk scum bag!! I like your thinking..I'm sendin that letter today!

they called my house several times looking for the person who used to have our number - about 4 years ago...  we told them on several occassions that they reached wrong person - that that person no longer has the number they are dialing - and yet the continue to call.  SO annoying!  Especially when they call at 7am back to back calls.

Got a call from them today, but I didn't answer it and they didn't leave a message. If I get another call, I'll send a C&D. I'm tired of people who make harassing calls.
