Calls, but no message. Can't get user data.

Called my cell, didn't leave a message.

Called looking for "Mercedes"...I said they had wrong number.  "Woman" said well maybe you can help, as you know it's breast cancer awareness month....blah blah blah...hung up.  Since number does not show up in Google search as related to any company it is probably a scam.  If Mercedes is not here, then your call qualifies as a telemarketing call, and I am on the no call list so I hung up.

My elderly mother just received the same type of call. Caller asked for "johnny" but when my mom said you have the wrong number, the woman said "maybe you can help me, this is cancer society..." . thankfully she hung up. Beware of this number as the cancer society would introcue themselves first and usually ask for for "mr or Ms"

Called for support for breast cancer patients

very general attempt at scam and spoof.  Pretended they were calling "Nancy".

Received call from this number a 3:03 PM.  I did not answer.  No vm was left.  Putting it on my permanent block list.

Have received several calls--ring twice then hang up and don't leave a message.  Am also on the do-not-call list.

This seemed legitimate at first, but it was clearly bogus.  A guy called from a disabled veterans fund, asking for a donation (probably to his own wallet).  The phone cuts out after the gentleman speaks, some parts seemed prerecorded.    It's a scam folks, if you get a call it's probably for something heartfelt.

I just got a call from 857-327-6837 and the man said he is looking for donations for veterans.  I asked where he got my private cell phone number and he gave me a number to call of 800-594-7300 for customer service.  When I called I got a recording saying if you can answer these 3 questions you can win a free cruise.  I hung up.  The last thing I want to do is go on a cruise!

I received a call on my boston cell phone from this number, 857-327-6837. I didn't answer and the caller did not leave a message.

I answered.  The call sounded prerecorded, when I asked if it was, they said they were using a computer to communicate but they were a “live human being”.  Possibly outsourced overseas.  They said they were collecting funds for wounded veterans with physical and mental disabilities.  However in my opinion it seemed more like a fishing scam.
