Got a missed call while at work but no voice mail. 3/25/08
I called the number back on my work phone and the person that answered said "Thank you for calling our health agency this is Denise"  WTF is that!?

I applied for some health insurance quotes and then got a call from this number. I believe it is an insurance agence.

We got a call from this number today as my wife had filled out an app for personal health insurance. After talking to the guy for a while, he asked for her SSN to pull up her health history in order to give her a quote. He then asked for our bank info and when she refused that, he became insistant and very pushie.

As I was at work at the time, she 3-wayed me into the conversation where he insisted that the insurance companies require the SSN and bank information just to apply. He said the bank info was to show that you can make the payments. I basically told him he was out of his mind if he thought he was getting my bank info. After arguing with me about it for a while....they cant seem to understand what the word NO means....he finally hung up.

I dont know about y'all, that this smellls alot like phish. Beware of people calling on the phone asking for SSNs and bank information.

I just received this call and no voicemail...I'm uber curious to call it back...he answered, "HEALTH INSURANCE, this is Nicholas..." and I hung up. I bet I was sold to some obnoxious cold calling company...BEWARE.

I tried to get a quote for health insurance online... This broker calls I told him never mind they will not stop calling..The last time I got a call,I called the number back and they said it wasn't them. Are you guys serious!

Well, I wish I had found this out yesterday.  I had this number call me yesterday, no voice mail left.  I was online checking for health insurance, but it was almost 12 hours after the phone call I received
yesterday.  Guess what, I received it today again!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Lord...I just asked for a quote for Dental Insurance via the web....and, the calls are coming in left and right...do not give your phone number out on those online quotes....it's crazy!  Really upsetting as I am now at work...and, my cell keeps ringing!!!!

I received a call from a gentalmen from this number advising he was calling about Heath Insurance, which I didn't need. This A-hole tried to argue with me about insurance I've had for years. When I started to get into his s___, he hung up. I call the number back and told the lady that if he ever called my phone again he would regret it. This company is stupid and they should be sued if they call you. They are idiots and have no respect when they are the one's calling you...

I received the call after filling out an online form for insurance quotes.  My phone has been ringing off the hook too...  I agree, I will never give my phone number in one of these online applications.

Over a year ago (when I could afford health insurance) I filled out an online form. They are now calling. Every third call or so they say "We don't want to bother you, so if you do not call back we will stop trying to get in contact with you".  Since the calls continue, this obviously isn't true!  Maybe I should start answering the calls and explaining that I don't have a job? If they know I have no income they may not want to talk with me anymore!

We received a threatening message from this number. It said, "I have killed 16 people today and can't wait to kill one more." The whole time the caller was laughing maniacally.
