Always asking for info

Left message by my legal name for me to call back but they left no info.
My answering machine states we screen all calls and to make sure your number is unblocked leave a message by name of the person you are calling. A reason why your calling and in you rep a company the company’s name. Of course this is not done. So it is the first indicator it is a collector or telemarketer. Being they only well leave my name and there phone number

I received similar call asking for a call back but for what reason is not stated...not only that, they paged me using my cell # as primary number asking for a call back.

Did not pick up phone call from 858-244-7600, all been getting calls from number 800-832-7675, I think its the same company!

I second LVN, I had been getting calls from 800-832-7675 and then just got one from 858-244-7600 so probably the same.  I have never gotten a vm from either number

yes, in fact those 2 numbers are from the same company. It is a machine that leaves messages to call them back, in my phone its kind of hard to understand what company they are calling from.

caller said a call back as soon as meesage was received is highly suggested so matter can be resolved.

Could not really understand who called. Sounded like the name from the above statements, petanuade & felix. Called from (858) 244-7600 I did understand the phone number left 800-832-7675. The name asked for was slurred but I do know that it was not even close to my name.
So dear collector I know times are tough when no one can pay you for your booze tab. But please be more professional make your calls before the booze.

Keep getting calls from (858)244-7600 & (800)832-7605 asking for "PEDRO". I have no idea who he is so I've called back a few times to tell them they have the wrong #, today they called again! I called back and argued with the rep. then had her get the girl who left the message on my cell, they calimed to be a law firm but when asked the name of firm there was sudden "static" as she was giving me the name, and same thing when she left the message!!!

yes, I think they should probably have someone who speaks clearly to leave a message so they will receive calls back.  no wonder no one wants to call them back!

They just called me too.

After reading people's comments here, I called them back. They verified that they had the right number, but wrong person and removed me from their calling list.

Cellphone Voice mail from 858-244-7600, asking to call back at 800-832-7675...
I've told them four times they have the wrong number... now I'm blocking the numbers...

Elvis from 800-832-7675, ext 7761 left a very slurred voicemail on my office line for Louis Guizman.  I called that number, and it says it's a law office.  The extension 7761 doesn't work.  I listened to the message again, and it could be phone number 800-832-7605 -- I cannot tell.  However, based on these messages, and because I'm not Louis, I'm not calling back.  Thanks for your messages!

I haven't worked in 2 years due to the collapse of the housing market and last time I checked, the US government is not going to bail *me* out.  Anybody that thinks they're gonna scare me into paying is sadly mistaken.  I have a contact on my phone named IGNORE and I assigned it the silent ringtone.  Problem solved!  I'm self employed (when working) and I have to laugh at officious and important sounding phone calls.  All these people can do is call you and make empty threats.

Bush has ruined our country and I renounce my citizenship.  I declare myself a free man and acknowledge no debt to anyone, monetary or otherwise.  I am no longer bound by society's rules and conventions.  I am opting out of the rat race.  Color me gone, people.  Hasta la vista!

I also received a call.  January 30, 2009  Asking for only a call back and how it was very important.

Received a call from them today stating they were a "Law Offic   what does this mean tho?who are this people?
