I got a call from the same number in about the same time frame as you, G, so yeah...someone must be starting up a new number for ... this stuff.  I didn't answer, they didn't leave a voicemail.

Called personal cell number, left no message.

This was an annoying telemarketing call.  I do not know how they got my cell phone number.

Called a few minutes ago.  When I called back, received a message about opting out of call.

Left a recorded message: press 1 to speak with representative to lower your interest rates (on what?), press 2 to discontinue further messages

Answered the call...nobody on the other end. Automated voice on callback only allows for DNC list but nothing about company information.

Call every day.   Will not say any thing

Recorded msg.says time is running out to get better rate on "My credit card"  Definitely not my bank.

Called my cell just now, I did not answer. No message left.

Got two calls (888)673-8490 and (858)-251-0850 both say unknown and someone left message. How come all these numbers start popping up and no messages or they don't  say anything when answer. So I just don't  answer unknown number.

Called but left no message I live on the East Coast and thy called at 8am from a CA # SCAM!!

SCAM!! Your bank wont call you to solicit lowering your rate. They will send you mail containing current offers!

Just received call from 858-251-0850.  Robo call stating they were calling about my credit card.  Funny, I don't have one!

Called my cell. I didn't answer and blocked the caller after reading messages here.  Sounds as if Rachel from credit card services is up and running again.
