Republican Party endorsement for a candidate for local office.  The number showed on caller ID but when I looked at my Uverse phone log it had been spoofed to hide the number and just show "Private."  This is is the second call in 3 days which is why I wrote it down this time.  I have blocked this number and will be changing my voting registration to Independent.

Yeah, they keep calling, and I keep hanging up on them.  I've finally blocked the number from even ringing on my phone.

I honestly don't know what these people are thinking. I've never given them or any other political party a dime (and never will), and I vote in every election, so all they're REALLY doing by calling is ticking off a guy that, if they left him alone, would probably vote the way they want anyway.

I'm changing my preference to Democrat. I don't think they'll hassle me for money any LESS than the Republicans do, but at least when they do it I can tell them "Nice job, guys, now I'm going to vote Republican in the next election" and mean it.

Same as above. If they think they will win votes by robocalling they prove Plato's belief that "in politics the useful citizens are useless". Blocked the number.
