called me and asked for my parents. i told the guy they wernt here and he gruffly td me hed cll bck later. no answer when i call back.

Just called me. I let it go to voicemail. No message.

this number keeps calling my house looking for the parent's of my sister and every time I tell them that they are not available to talk, they hang up. So I called back and there was no answer, just a voicemail box.

The guy called me a little while ago.. He asked for my parents, and i told him they weren'y here and he said he'd call back.. Does anyone know what this is for?

They caled me and asked for my parents and i said there not here, he said hell call back later and hung up. i dont want this number calling my house. but why ?

A gruff man called asking if my brothers parents were home. Said he would call back and just hung up. Kinda scary. Is this happening in one area? Im in Pittsburgh, PA area.

Called our land line, no one said anything just background noise. I hung up.

They call and state "May I talk to the parent of xxx." or some such script. They are trying to sell you an SAT Prep course.

Have answered this number a few times just to tell caller to take us off of call list.  We hear voices in the background, but noone ever speaks.

This number just called me in Seattle, WA and asked if my parents were home and I told him no and he kinda got ticked off at me so I hung up.

They just called me again (twice today) and I said hello....long pause...then they hung up.

This number has called me nine times in the last two days. They know who I am, what my daughter's name is... it's creepy. And whenever you ask them 'who is this', they do not respond.

Thanks for all of the comments. I never pick up when they call because they will not leave a message. It likely is SAT prep, as indicated by one comment.

This number calls almost every night between 8:30pm and 9 pm. We are senior citizens and normally asleep at this time and by the time we get to the phone they won't say anything. We have documented calls and are forwarding to PUC and the Texas Attorney General in hopes of some type of action.

A very persistent caller.  Calls have been daily for approx. two weeks.  We do not have children who would be interested in what previous callers have reported - SAT scores.  And of course, we don't want any calls of this nature, PERIOD.  
I trust this is a valid site.  Please confirm.  Not by phone!!!

I've only gotten one call from this number within the past 24 hours but from reading the other posts, I get the feeling this is about to change.  :(  They didn't leave a message but I could see why others feel this is a company trying to sell SAT prep courses as I have a teen son at home that I recently signed up for the SAT.  So, I'm sure there's some sort of list (public school attendee student lists are accessible to the public) out there with my son's profile on it at that he's of age for taking the SAT.

We have gotten several calls from this number as well we live in upstate NY. When the answering machine comes on NO ONE leaves a msg. My husband picked up the phone the other day and he is the stepdad to my daughter and the guy wanted to speak with the parent of my daughter when he asked who they were the guy on the other end hung up on him. I called it back when I got home and got a recording stating I have reached customer service and all represenatives were busy at the time to leave my name and number and someone would call back. Then it goes to a msg. saying that the mailbox is full and hangs up. I am not liking the fact that these people who ever they are CALL ALL THE TIME UP until 9:00pm one night and didn't say anything on the answering machine. An UNKNOWN comes up shortly after this number as well sometimes but no number on  caller ID. Really upsetting and annoying to have them call all the time.
