This caller appears to be Premier Recovery of Florence KY, does collections for various Citicard fuel card accounts like 76, Shell, Exxon, some store branded cards...This company (and I use that term loosely!) will call up to 10 times a day, yet almost never leave any message, yesterday (12/13/2007) I logged an amazing sixteen (16!!) calls from 8:30am to 6:30pm, and this was after they had already signed for a cease comm letter a week ago! Their autodialer ignores answering machines and SIT (service interrupt tones) tones, if you try to ignore them, they will redial two to three times in a row...

Premier Recovery is definitely a third-party collector, despite anything they might claim to the contrary saying they are Citicard or Citibank or anybody else.

Susan x46333 said she was from Citicorp Mastercard, said in a threatening tone that this was the final chance to work anything out... I have no idea what she's talking about.

A lady was calling with Citicards.  She didn't say *for* Citicards.  I have until Thursday to call her back at 866-544-5501.

If 859-283-3620 is not outright associated with a Premier Recovery, they are claiming they are "pre-litigation" either for intimidation or for real.  They record calls and state that right away so be sure to record the call for yourself as well.

Got a call from 859-283-3620 so I called them back. Lady said she was calling from CitiCard. I told her I don't own a CitiCard. I gave her my phone number and social security number, she had no account for me. I told her to take me off of their calling list.

No message left.  But per the above I did have CitiCard Mastercard, though its long since closed.
