Got a call from this # followed by a call from 859-868-3087. I don't answer calls with no name on caller id.

Won't leave a message...don't recognize number...so won't answer phone

They just called and hung up, wouldn't leave a message. I didn't know the number so I wouldn't answer.

This # has called me 3x's a day for the past 2 weeks.  There is no response when I answer and a 10-30 second voice mail of silence left each time I do not answer.

Got a call from this number and they wouldn't say anything when i answered the phone. After 15 seconds of them not saying anything, I hung up

It is some sort of scam "the daily jackpot winners" they want you to do these surveys over the phone DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFO!!!! just tell them that your recording the call and not to call you back or you will sue for harassment they won't call you again it worked for me

Scam scam scam calling from fbi irs fraud department sending a arrest warranty out for me.

Calling from the IRS Fraud Department - Some india guy left message.  The IRS Fraud department has an arrest warrant out for me and the IRS is coming after me.

After about 15 seconds of silence, there was a computer generated voice that said something about "if you don't want to be arrested, press 1 to speak to an officer."  So I pressed 1.  Why not?  The person who answered with a faint Indian accent, said "Department of Social Security, Officer Jennifer Walker, how can I help you."  I didn't give up my name or any info but it was amazing how fast she hung up when notified that she was calling a state government phone on a recorded line.
