It's a scam, phillip Wellington.

I have a case pending against me need to have my lawyer call me.

phillip Wellington was the name of the caller. In a threating voice he said " you have a pending case against you if I don't hear from you or your Attorney, I will send your case to court..
a scam.... Don't call this number back...

I received the same call i tell them they have the wrong number. Very nicely the man told me he would errase my number after he told me who he was looking for.

Couldn't understand his name said I had pending litigation if I didn't call or have my lawyer call him I would be seeing him in court. Wrong! Never said who he wanted and thankfully I don't have any outstanding bills.

If you guys dont know what to do tbis is what you do flip these guy s and bride them with the police

Left a vm saying that my attorney should call regarding a pending legitation, I have none. Blocked caller. Scam.

Just got this call, threatening to take me to court, if I didn't pay the money.  Turn them into Attorney General  office.

This definitely is a scam. Had this call several times before Christmas and twice in the last two days. No reputable legal service or collection agency would leave a threat on voice mail. This guy isn't the sharpest pencil in the box! Today he is Phillip Whittingham.

Same spiel from Phillip Wellington, Fred Hoffman and Madison Spates(sp?) all from "Pre-Trial Mediation Services" all originating from Kentucky from 3 numbers with the same area code and prefix (859-904-XXXX)

"This is Philip Wellington, I have a pending case against you, if I don't hear back from you or your attorney I will assume you've ignored your right for mediation and will forward this case to court. Governor yourself accordingly"
I have gotten this phone call twice now. I've called the number back and it goes to another vm that Noone is there to take your call. I'm wondering if I need to report this phone call to my local police department.

The same Phillip Wellington, threatened to get his buddy and beat my A--, several times....cussed at me and said some very "rude" things, wife recorded the beating call.....I have no cases... I see why I only got one call today, he's bothering someone else...Wish we could all get our hands on him...

Got a call from Philip Whittingham with pre-trial mediation services stating I have a pending case in their office that is scheduled to be processed today. If I don't hear fro you or your attorney immediately at 859-904-1028 I will document that you have waved your right to mediation and forward your case for appropriate action, govern yourself accordingly.

Just got the same call 20 minutes ago, saying , this is Phillip witting ham and I have a pending case. It's amazing how they can get all your info.

I just got one too, I don't take kind to worthless [***] trying steal my money none of the information made sense it was correct information but not even close together
