I PHONE CALL EVERY MORNING AT THE SAME TIME 8:30 AND IN THE AFTERNOON AT 12:30 AND IN THE EVENING AT 7:45PM EVERY DAY.THIS STARTED  ABOUT TWO MONTHS AGO.

It was AETNA calling in regard to a health questionnaire.  I just started Medicare with AETNA.  A week earlier, AETNA sent a letter writing me to be expecting the call.

Yes, this is from Aetna.  After I received the first call that I didn't answer, I received a letter from Aetna explaining that I would be receiving a call with a 5 minute or so health survey.  Somehow they will connect with my doctor, etc.  I am not STUPID, Aetna!  I can really manage my own health care with my own doctor and don't need a third party to do so!  I will be calling Aetna at some point to pass my message along to them and indicate I don't want to do any health survey.  Probably won't do any good, but I will try!

This is from CARE CALL on behalf of Aetna. I called the number back and the gentleman was very nice. I was uncomfortable enough though to ask if this was actually from Aetna, he said no..Care Call on behalf of Aetna with questions that take about 3 minutes to answer regarding how they can better serve my health needs.I told him I would call him back when I had more time and he said that was fine. I will be calling Aetna to confirm this though.

Received call from this number today.Did not answer it. The number is Not a Aetna #. I have been with Aetna  for many years and Have NEVER received a call from them on a Saturday. I also have never heard of Care Call either. Like dar1957, I will be calling Aetna to verify on Monday.

Update, They did leave a message that sounds legit, I will be getting a survey in the mail. I will verify that too.

I've called them several times asking to be removed.  NO JOY.

I've call the Texas AG (very active on telemarketing calls.)  If the phone rings again we are headed to small claims court.  BTDT prevailed every time.

ID said Aetna.  Call and wanted me to do a short health survey to better serve me.  Told them Not interested.  Then got a letter saying they would call again.  They called again and mentioned the letter Aetna sent me and wanted to do the survey.  I assumed that Aetna contracted out this servicwe to a telemarker so I wasn't telling the anything. I told them I do not do surveys over the phone and have Aetna can send the survey by mail and If I feel like it I may answer or may not.  Now that I see it was something called Care Call (center)  glad I didn't
