TELEMARKETER...Nothing more to state!

Call received from 860-314-1953, with the caller ID showing the name: "Bisson, Laurier," so I answered the phone.  The person calling was a male with a thick foreign accent (possibly Indian) from "wiindows," directing me to "go to my computer to show me what the problem is..."
TOTAL SCAM and they hung up after I began asking questions. I called back the number and found that it went directly to voicemail.  The answering machine message was a normal default message and not personalized.

scam call   claims to be with windows   I tried to keep him on the line as long as possible just to waste his time  and to jack up the price for the long distance call   now blocked so the will need to get another number which will cost them. I expect more calls from these con men and will try to waste their time

I just received a call from them. Only hit talk & then off button on phone. They called before 9am.  Some people are still sleeping or have just gone to bed after working all night.

Caller ID shows Bisson Laurier but left no message

Caller ID shows no name now, only number. They are calling into Alberta ...

Called at 745am. No message. Obviously not legit since its illegal for real telemarketers to call before 8am in this state.

Caller states he is from Microsoft... Bad news, My computer is leaking all over the internet and only he can fix it, HAHAHAH!!! bigtime scammers and very poor at it

HAHAHAHAHAHH This guy calls my phone in Dartmouth NS and says the same as mentioned above. I laughed and asked where he said he was calling from again and he replies umm Huston TX. As I went to reply he then hung up. Hilarious that he would call from Windows to a family that is completely Linux Ubuntu OS household. Man people are idiots with the scams these days!

do not answer "unknown caller" calls except to hang up after a few seconds - assumed it was a scammer; guess I was right
