calls with no message; perhaps waiting for response;
I have one;' an itch they cannot reach;

called and left no message. I never answer unless I recognize the caller. I figure if they know me and need/want to talk to me they would leave a message. If not, It's got to be just another scam caller.

Calling from Conn. to my cell phone also in Conn. Do not recognize the exchange 319 or the number. They did not leave a message on my voicemail.

I answered this time because im tired of the calls from this # with no message left. Anyways, it is an automated message about the new electric rates coming up. If u listen long enough u will get a chance to press 3 to be removed from their calling list. Actually sounds legit for a change.  Heres hoping it really is and that my # is removed!!

They are now blocked from calling my number ever again. Love doing that!

I am in Connecticut and just got a call from this number.  I do not answer if I do not recognize the caller-ID, then if they do not leave a message I assume they are a telemarketer and I block the number.  So this number has been added to my blocked call list.

My phone number has been on the National Do Not Call Registry since August 2003 so if they are telemarketers, they are violating the law.

To block calls like this I got a Panasonic KX-TGE245B that allows me to block up to 250 numbers and/or area-codes.  Panasonic has several new 2014 models that will block that many numbers.  You simply save the CID to the blocked list.  You can also block area codes by adding them to what they call a “Range List” (you are blocking the range of numbers starting with that area code).

There are several types of call blockers & call blocking phones.  I suggest you get one so at least you only need to deal with any caller once.

Same "Clean Planet jackholes, just a new number.  Blocked this one too!  I'm so tired of getting harassed by these jerks.  It's an alternative energy deal.  Be careful if you live in CT because if you check on the CT Attorney General's website you will see a warning about rate creep after you switch electricity providers.  They mentioned several companies by name, not sure if this is one of them.

Went to voicemail, no message left. Same old same old.

Came up as Clean Planet, which is one of the many places trying to get me to switch electric providers for "lower" energy rates.  Clean Planet harasses me a few times a week using different numbers.  Why do they think I want to do business with a company that keeps pestering me?  My neighbor switched to one of these companies (not sure which one) and ended up paying a lot more than UI, and then was told he couldn't back out of the deal because he was under contract.  I don't especially like UI, but sometimes the devil you know is better than the devil you don't know.  Buyer beware.

Dont recognize the number, don't answer. Blocking doesn't work, they just change the number. This one comes up as a phone number when it rings, but when I check recent calls it is clean planet. Solar panel scam.

Yep, spammers.  Never a message.  Maybe one of these days we'll be able actually block the illegal spamming of unwanted calls to our sell phones....  maybe one day....

FYI You have to register with the "do not call" every 5 years.

I received this call.  As usual, did not answer the number that is not already in my list.  No message. reported here as a telemarketer.

I saved it to my ZZZ entry and now have over 150 numbers in it.
Future calls show up as ZZZ but they rarely call back.

And those that get through it between the old and new signup are allowed to continue calling "legally".

Thank you for this post.  I always appreciate when someone who actually does answer takes the trouble to let the rest of us know what the call was (ostensibly) about.

These people are thick as bricks!  I've put myself on their no call list three times and they keep calling.  I've told them I would NEVER want their product and they still keep calling.  I'm on the No Call list and apparently that doesn't matter anymore.

I have blocked Clean Planet and their ever changing numbers that continually show up on my caller id. They never leave a msg so they get blocked. They just keep using different numbers and I figure they muet be scammers.

"Urgent" message about my utility rates!  I'm already getting the lowest rate, I checked. Good bye.
