Hangup, looked up the number and it is reported as spam

Never talked to them i dont answer numbers i have never seen before

Called and didn't give me time to answer or answering machine.  I have been getting a lot of unsolicited hang up calls.  When I try to report it.  I was treated rudely by the Arkansas Attorney General's Office.  Have not tried to contact them since.  If you try to report it online.  They want a name and address, city, etc.  And you don't have that information because they hang up.  You look it up online and it's a numerous no name company.  How do we report this without being treated rudely by AG staff.  Thanks.

There's probably no way to report these types of calls. They're most likely coming from overseas, India or Pakistan, and the caller ID info is useless, as it's been faked.

I'm not surprised your AG's office was unable to help, and that probably explains -- but doesn't justify -- their rudeness to you. If the scammers are targeting your area, the AG is probably getting a lot of complaints that they can't do anything about.

Best bet: Find a call blocker and block the number.

Called here. I do not answer the phone on numbers i do not know, especially out of state. Phone rang 5 times then they hung up.

Call the U. S. Treasury Dept. 800 366-4484 or email them at www.TIGTA.gov.  They will take the numbers and open a claim.

Have been receiving voice msgs  from this #(which I don't know who it is and therefore don't answer) for over a month now.They never leave a valid msg.I suspect it may be about Obamacare insurance.....

Ok folks I'm not sure about this number,but let me tell you some info..my son is a US submariner based out of Groton Ct..this number is listed as coming from New London Groton CT..its not my sailor so could it be military of some sort? I called it back and got. "D24 successful" then it hung up.
Who are these people? Do we know for sure?

Pretty sure this number is tied to an insurance spammer/scammer. It is the 8th number, 25th (twenty five) total calls, in 3 days. Didn't answer, caller didn't leave a message.

I made the mistake of entering some information on-line in November, and before I even finished the form and selected the agencies to whom I was interested in talking, I was receiving phone calls.  Including this one. 42 numbers, 50 calls, and counting. This one did not leave a message. National Insurance Enrollment

Did Not answer. I know no one in CT.  The did not leave a message. Its either Telemarketer or a Debt collector

I don't know who this is. "D 241... Test successful." is all i'm getting.

I keep getting calls from this number with no messages left. I do not answer unknown numbers at all. I will be blocking this number.

I received a call telling me I had been reported for fraud and I should call this number to find out more. A very heavily accented Hispanic man answered claiming to be from the IRS. He had to repeated himself in order to be understood, I hung up.

Same with me. Don't answer it too because it's spam

I get these robo calls once or twice daily. I politely answer and am referered to a National Health Insurance "agent" ....most are based in or near Towson, Maryland.....I talk to the "agent" and play alog with them giving phony insurance needs etc...when you ask their full name and office location, why, they get rude and hang up on you!  I believe this crap is somehow related to the Obama Care Scam......reporting them does no good....get a new cell phone (number) if it gets really bad....When wiil we be rid of this fraud Obama?
