A lady called very fast stating she was calling frim the State of Ct pretrial.  She was contacting me about a loan at a Cedit Union i advised i have never taken a loan from there, and have not been been with that bank in over 10 years.  Then she changed abd said she was not representng the crdit union but a third party who gave me loans and the account was used as collaratel.  did not happen.  She stated the matter was going to court and she was able to offer me a one time settlement offer.  I asked for paperwork and stated that i would not make a payment to her over the phone without docuemntation.  She placed me on hold and another person came on I again said i need proof of monies claimg to be owed by me. She said ok i have to go into a meeting  iwill advised them that you want documentation.  I blocked and called the number back and a man answered and said capitol risk pretiral.  i looked them up  they are a fraud DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY OVER THE PHONE report them

this number called me and also my fiancé ,they left very threatening messages to us both . I called back (only because they threatened to contact me and work and )they yelled and hung up because I wouldn't verify my info. I'm not saying yes so that they can record it and use that fraudulently. The scary part is they knew a lot of my info!!! I didn't validate ant of it though . These people are so incredibly rude and once I mentioned an attorney they hung up on me without answering the rest of my question . Sounds like a scam to me!

Received a call at work (4x) advising that there is a civil lawsuit against me however, they needed to verify my SS number.  I hung up.  The called back and asked for HR and I transferred them.  They called back and asked for Accounting.  Claiming they wanted to garnish my pay check and that I would get served at work and they were mad because I hung up.  I told them it would be fine if they did that.  They keep leaving messages.  I have the police looking into this.  How can I block this number?
