Called today 1/6/15 at 1:48 PM EST.  She asked me if I understand Spanish (in Spanish) and I responded "No".  She hang up right away

This number called me at least 6 or seven times

This number belongs to Liberty Power, a company who wants your electric business.  I received a phone call from them today at 4:00 p.m. and like everyone else says, they speak only Spanish and hang up if you cannot speak Spanish back.  I called them back and they kept telling me they don't speak English and repeatedly hung up on me.  Of course, they speak English when they want to and I told them I wanted to speak to a supervisor and I'd just keep calling back until they let me speak to someone.  So "Mariella Flores" got on the line and apologized. I told her I was filing complaints against her and she better not call back.  I don't have much faith in that promise, so I'm still filing complaints.  You can hear other people in the background, and it sounds like a boiler room operation.  

Have asked  this liberty power outfit not to call my number .numerous  times they callsame person asked  do I speak spanish then hangs up

Guessing it is attempting to collect a debt from an employee that hasn't worked here in seven years.  I inherited her phone number.

Caller hangs up every time I answer my phone

Same here she ask if I speak spanish, I said no and the person hung up right away.

The same with me. It does sound like a boiler room operation.
