They called with no evidence of any sort regarding a legitimate debt.  Threatened that 2 counts of fraud were being filed against me. Informed me that I was going to be served at my office or home and once served, I would loose my rights.  I have received this exact message from other numbers that absolutely proved to be a scam.  How do I stop this?

They keep calling my job no. This no 860-726-7969 with a threating message

201-205-1088  617-714-0762  860-726-7969  these are all the same jerks claiming I have 2 claims of fraud against me. #1 it is against the law to threaten people over the phone, you have to provide written proof
I have called several times telling them I am NOT the person they are looking for, never have been and never will be.  Do not even know the person. Instead of being professional and saying they will take my number off the system... They hang up on me.

Yeah, these are the same idiots who have called from several different numbers while using the exact same recorded threat. Don't you just love it that everyone has "TWO" claims of fraud against them. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Keep calling about two claims of fraud. Also with different numbers. How do I stop them..

Second number that has called me with threats only difference is that they used my name in this one regarding fraud the only fraud being committed is by them trying to get my info i don't answer these calls and I never will!

Yes - we just go the same call to my cell and home phone...same threatening message as the others have mentioned above... what jerks... "Threatening" has to be illegal right?  BLOCKED!

Ditto on the message!  I demanded to know who it was and they hung up on me!!!! How do we block them?

They said I had a court action against me for fraud and so on. blah, blah, blah, SCAMMERS

same message only they used my name and said someone with my name and social security number is being charged with 2 counts of fraud in my county.   I have not done anything and am positive nobody has used my name and social security number in my county and if so why would a number from hartford connecticut being calling me with a threatening message...fraud all over it, just deleted and blocked caller

i got his call as well stating i had two counts of fraud under my name and SSN in my county. they would serve me at my place of employment or home and if i didnt contact them prior to being served that id lose my legal rights.  goes to voice mail that happens to be full and the call disconnects. Female voice recording.  my name is a total computer recording.  860-726-7969      got the call about an hour ago. its good to see everyones similar experience.

 I received the same call from a recording stating I was to be served on 2 fraud acts on my social linked to me.  I tried to call the phone number 1-860-726-7969 several times but get a recording.  I went to the county courts website and put in the case # attatched to me.  What a bunch of scammers, these case numbers don't even exist.  Don't waist you're time calling them back.  Number one scam artist trick, is to use a scare tactic.  I am a little pissed, since I waisted my time searching for this bogus case #.

Everyone should put the # of the scammers on their facebook pages.  Invite all your friends to start calling and aggravating them.  That's what i am going to do.  Just for fun ya know?

This is a fraud caller, DO NOT RESPOND.  They said someone with my name and social security number is being charged with 2 counts of fraud in my county.  They cited a case number to make it sound official.  This is the second time I received the call in a month, and the call came from two different phone numbers.

Just got a call from 860-726-7969 saying there were two charges filed against me blah, blah, blah!  What idiots!!

Very disturbing.  Thank goodness for this site!  I knew it had to be a mistake, and probably a scam, but I tried to call back.  I was on hold, came to my senses, and hung up.  Any way to block this?

I just got the same call at work, left on a voicemail. Same threats as others got regarding 2 counts of fraud on my social in my county with a case number, threatening summons etc.
