I'm getting tired of these stray callers!  I suspect my number is going on some hot sheet for scam artist of the day!

Got a call from them too ...said they were the geek squad and wanted me to turn my computer on etc.

5 calls in 3 days, 3 today.  How can I get them to stop? They are calling about my computer also.

"Sabastian" geek squad, called, go to my computer, etc., told him I'm an FBI Agent (not really), he didn't care---since his accent was of someone from India. BE CAREFULL, THEY ARE VERY CONVINCING!!! They sound very reasonable. This is the second tel # that's called me with this dangerous scam---once they're on your computer, you're caput. BE CAREFUL

10 calls in 3 days time! Keep telling them we are not a phone number with computers and to remove us from list, but never happens!

Indian sounding man called from Geek squad stating my Area Code of my phone number was infected, and my computer may be at risk. I obviously knew this was nonsense and continued to talk with him and ask "how this would affect my computer".

He immediately because confused and asked me how my area code affects my computer. He told me he was reading from a script. which I asked "Why are you reading from a script if my computer has a problem, shouldn't you know the problem and help me resolve it personally". He told me his boss hands him a script to read.

He then went back to ask me how my area code does or does not affect my computer. I told him I don't have an answer for that several more times, and he should be the one to know that from Geek squad. He ended up hanging up on me. This is my 8th call in less than 3 weeks

Immediately could tell it was a scam when they wanted to 'manually remove the threats' do not download what they ask you to download it lets them access your computer and they will steal all information from it.

Telemarketing scum calls repeatedly on a Saturday morning. Some Indian accent scumbag calling about my computer. BLOCKED!!!

this number called my personal cell phone this morning. The caller did not leave a voice mail. My caller ID read Norwich, Connecticut as the name of the caller. This is most likely a scam call.

My caller ID said AMERICAN MESSAGE.  I don't answer any call that say's toll free or out of area.  If the can't ID me, then I don't talk to them.  I have tried blocking but it doesn't work.  It's getting worse.  I get calls at 2 and 3 a.m.  Wonder what Donald Trump would do about it.  Ha.

Some Indian woman stating she was geek squad. I told her I don't own a computer and she asked if I ever owned a lap top. I told her for the last 20 years eve used tablets. She got really confused and hung up......lol

this was a scam call.  Good rule of thumb is do not answer calls that you do not recognise and do not call them back to see who picks up.  They will put your name into a database which is then sold/rented as someone that responds and you will stat getting more and more calls.

A call or two a day from 860-885-5399 if I try to call back it says the number is not a working number

Answered and caller said she was a computer tech and calling to give my computer a check.  I informed her that I didn't subscribe to any such service and was a computer tech myself and had no need for help.  She said okay and hung up.  If you did not initiate the call, then connect the dots.  Why would they call you if you didn't call them first?

receive calls from this number but never answer them but they keep calling and I can't block them on my phone.

Got a call from this number this morning. The Indian sounding gentlemen told me that had downloaded some malicious software.  Said he worked for Microsoft.
I installed my own o.s and dont have any sort of windows support so I knew that was [***].
So I asked him to tell me what my name was. He had my number ,but he didnt know my name. He also really didnt know what to do when I confronted him with this information.
that If he was a windows representative, and he had the phone number associated with this account then clearly he should have the name associated with this account. He hung up then...

Called my cell phone early this morning. I didn't answer. No message left.
