No voice when answered.

No voice when call answered.

Same here..No voice, not even a sound.

Recorded message from "card member services" to talk about lower interest rate on "credit card" said to press one to discuss with represenative.  Assuming scan since it didn't identify which company it was.

Spammers. called about lowering interest rates.

Recorded message from Card Holder Services....some credit card, I assume, but they didn't say which one.  Offering to reduce interest rates to 6%.  Yeah.  Right.  Don't waste your time.  Sounds like a scam.

Missed a call from this number 860-886-2577 (Connecticut). Called back the next day and got a recording indicating that the number is not in service. Must have been some kind of scam.

I answered the phone and no one responded then a few seconds later they hung up.

Just rec'd call, hit "decline" & added to blocked contact list.. I never answer a call from a number and/or area code I don't know.

My husband just received a call from this # on his cell phone.  Rachel from Credit Card Services. How did they get his cell #?
Receiving multiple calls from "Rachel" on our landline.  Am on the DNC list.  What a joke.  This has been going on for years!!!

I did not answer, as i know no one in ct.   this call came on my cell phone. omg  they call all the time on my land line, now the crap is going to start on my cell..............how to stop this crap  so sick of them

This number appeared on my cell phone and when I called back it "this number is no longer in service"

Just got a call from 860-886-2577.  I did not answer.  Glad I didn't!  Don't know anyone in Norwich, CT.

Called me and left a voice mail offering to lower my interest rate. For what? No name or info given.
They said eligibility was limited. My interest in them can't be any lower. I already have no interest in them, or their scam.

I've been receiving a series of phone calls from several numbers, which all appear to not be in service the moment I call it.
765-601-7331 No longer in service message from U.S. Cellular
386-361-4000 No longer in service message from Verizon Wireless.
860-886-2577 No longer in service message from Unknown Company

Got a call from this number 5 times in about 45 minutes. I finally called back and talked to a woman named Vanessa who had a heavy Spanish accent. She tried to get my ss# to "help" me reduce my debt. After about 10 minutes of refusals, I turned the tables on her and had phone sex with her. I got off once in the morning today and she called me back about 6 tonight  and we both came together. She has been texting me pics of her since that call. Turns out, she is a 35 yo woman from Paraguay and is just looking for a free ride to USA citizenship. It's a huge scam but I have not given her any personal information beyond the size of my member (with pictures) and I look forward to talking to her tomorrow.
