Unknown - no message

Said it was tech support about my computer told him mine was fine and hung up

ASked about my windows computer, told him I have several and he'd have to narrow it down. Wanted me to do some work from that computer to help me fix it. Told him I was at work and not near the computer at this moment.  Wouldn't give me a call back number to investigate.

Got a call from the number just now. They didn't leave a message. From messages Cheryl and Kevin left it looks like a tech support scam number.

Just got a call from them. Something about my computer making unauthorized contact with the internet. Hung up. Obvious some kind of scam.

This number keeps calling about updates to my computer.  I am not interested but they just keeping calling.

Did not answer when they called 3 hours ago. Scammers, maybe from China since there is no 861 area code in the USA.Time to buy a call blocker!

Wanted to update  my computer. Advised them computer was fine, I am on do not call list, told them this was a scam, and I was notifying the Local P.D.

Received a phone call from this number during the dinner hour.  Caller ID showed "Unknown."  Left no message.  Check of the Internet showed that 861 is NOT an area code in the United States.   . . . In short, it's a scam.  Beware!

Wanted to check my computer. They were computer services. I just hung up on him.

Wanted to infect my computer... cost him 15 minutes before I told him that he could forget it

Got a call and they didn't leave a message. They did however text me. "Can't talk right now...I am on my way".  I'm guessing this is a scam and they accidentally texted the wrong number. So, I'm glad I neither answered or texted back.
