I got a call from this number and answered it.  The caller told me he was from microsoft and that he had been getting error reports from my home computer.  He then asked me to turn on the computer.  Definitely a scam I hung up him

Scam alert. I got a call from a man at this number that claimed to be from USPS.  Said he had to deliver a car from Publisher Clearing House and that I just had to go to a local store and send a money order to pay for it first.

Have received numerous calls from this number.  I haven't answered and they don't leave a message.  Caller ID says: NJ, USA

This number called , called back to tell them to stop called and it said the number was disconnected. Isn't there a way to stop all this BS.

Scam said Microsoft was getting error message needed me to give access to him to fix

Called twice. The first caller pretended to be the oldest grandson of a woman I care for. Said he had been in a accident where he'd been drinking and driving and had been arrested. He hung up after giving the woman a number with letters in it. She is hard of hearing and couldn't understand what the number is for. The second call there was a man on the other end saying he would explain to the woman what was going on and he wanted information from her. The call was disconnected when he knew she couldn't understand him. I was listening to the second call on the other line. He didn't even know who her oldest grandson was! He gave the wrong name!

I got a call but didn't answer.  The caller ID said "NJ, USA."  I don't know anyone there.  I tried calling back later & got a recording.  It seems this number is no longer in service.  Somebody is definitely up to no good.

Got this call with no message from Newark, NJ. I'm sure the actual number that called is good, but these scam people don't use their real number, with today's technology they are able to modify a phone number because of caller ID.
I just use my phone number blocker from Amazon anymore. After a ton of these types of calls stopped a couple months ago I was getting bored cause the idiots figured out they weren't getting through. Now I have one more to add and 900 more to block.

Called at 10:35 a.m. on a Saturday, from the name "Anonymous." If both of those elements weren't irritating enough, I got dead air when I answered. It woke me up. Wish there were a way of making a list of preferred callers on the land line so these deadbeats would leave me in peace. And in reference to some previous postings, I too had a call from Puerto Rico that was one of the computer virus warnings-- even asked for my husband by first name, the nerve. Not sure which deadbeat's number that one was from. What BS!

Have received multiple calls from this number-only answered first one-foreign woman stating she was from Microsoft stating something was wrong with my computer-hung up and have not answered since-so annoying.

Got a call from this number today. Another scam.  I pay for my phone service as a convenience to me, not every telemarketer, scammer, political troll, or non-profit.

I didn't answer this call and they didn't leave a voicemail.  I read in the forum that it's a scam.

I received a call from (862) 236 1252. No message was left. I am contributing to add that it must be a scam / unwanted call if others are having the same occurrence.

Get these calls several times per day, starting early in morning. Then they stop coming for a few weeks. I know its a scam but am goin to answer to see what BS they say next time. They never leave a msg and the call is from NJ & I don't know ANYONE with s Jersey number or anyone out there. I've called it back and always get the phone company recording that says " this number is not in service"....SUPER ANNOYING
