- AnnoyedGot a call today from this number & the caller id said "Florida". Since I get a lot of calls from Hospice aides for
my husband, I answered. Lady said she was from AIC, the largest energy - I interrupted her and said I was
on the Do Not Call list, I was not interested and to not to call me again.- Caller: AIC
- BrobertarnCalled at 12:57 PM. Left no message. Caller ID only " FLORIDA."
We are on Florida and national "Do Not Call" listings, so this is most irritating.
Message given when number is called is that it is not in service. What gives? - Michael RobertsI get a call from this number about the same time each night. No one is there.
- anonymousgoogled this number. it belongs to someone named Glenna Fisher in Ridge Manor Mobile Home Park in Haines City,
FL 33844. It does not seem likely that some woman is randomly calling people all over the place. Perhaps her
number is being spoofed by someone? - Jakk(to the message above me)^^^
Yes, you've found their dirty little secret. These spammers/telemarketers etc. 'spoof' phone numbers randomly picked and probably don't know who the owners of the number are, and surely don't care anyways. Best to just ignore all these annoying calls. - KH| 1 replyWhen Googled, this number show that it is registered with an older person in Haines City, Fl who has no reason to be randomly calling people .Recent articles at Better Business Bureau,Scambusters Dot Org and The Fiscal Times Dot Com indicate that there is a NEW SCAM. Telemarketers and fraudsters are now using the spoofed numbers of regular people (including small businesses, friends, neighbors, anyone and believe it or not...they are even spoofing our own phone numbers in the caller ID. They are hoping that householders will pick up the phone if the call looks like it is from a regular person, small local business and that we will be curious enough to pick up especially if we see our own phone number in the caller ID). Don't pick up if you see your own number in the caller ID. IF you do pick up, BBB warns do not press any buttons, don't call the scammer back, do not trust whatever you see in the caller ID anymore and never give out any financial information. The info from BBB is from Central East Texas.
- florencecalled again today
- mayacalls everyday and hangs up
- Call type: Telemarketer
- SparkmanI receive several calls a day from this number with no message and when I call back it doesn't ring through, number is not in service. This time I answered and had a lady with a horrible accent answer. When she started her spiel, I cut her off an informed her I was on the do not call registry. she couldn't apologize and hang up fast enough. Block the call if they start calling you.

- anoncalled again today............would like to know why these people are using (spoofing) an old lady's phone number.
The "why call me" website has this phone number listed to an 86 year old woman in a mobile home park in
haines city, florida. Better not trust anything you see in caller ID anymore. - rcCalled my cell phone & caller ID showed "Robin Smith" as caller; didn't answer, thank goodness. Thanks to everyone for taking a sec to input your own experience; appreciate being able to check here; don't want to ignore someone important, but this takes care of that!
- Caller: Robin Smith
- NLMCalling daily about the same time of day. Call back advises this number does not accept incoming calls.
- floridaThis number is listed as belonging to an elderly woman in Haines City, FL. I seriously doubt that she is the one calling people randomly. However, I have been reading the posts on the different websites and there is a new scam that telemarketers and scammers are using. They are SPOOFING THE PHONE NUMBERS OF REGULAR PEOPLE, knowing that their phone numbers will not be part of the lists of spoofed numbers such as can be found on this website. There is no way that an old woman (by the way, the real owner of this phone number is not named Lisa), is randomly calling people. I suspect that this woman's phone number may have been hi-jacked and is being used for these scammers.
- Caller: unavailable
- cascalls, doesn't say anything
- anonymousSomething is seriously wrong with the calls coming from this phone number. For the past 3 weeks, I have received calls from this number with "Florida" in the caller ID. No messages. Today, I received a call from this same number with the
name of Dianne Wright in the caller ID. Some strange phenomena related to this phone number are: (1) On the
" why call me" website, this phone number is registered to an elderly woman named Glenna Fisher in Haines City, FL
This information was confirmed on the ypeek dot addresses dot com website through the haines city, florida white pages.
The phone number was also confirmed at this website. (2) Why would this woman be randomly calling tons of people
multiple times per day and week, saying that her name is: Tina, Robin Smith, Dianne Wright and someone from the
AIC energy company? (3) It appears that some scammer has spoofed this woman's phone number for their scam calls.
(4) The BBB has recently advised that there are new scams being used: one which spoofs the phone numbers of
regular people in the caller ID and the other scam which spoofs the phone numbers of the targeted call. The BBB says
that in both cases, the objective is to trick the person into picking up the phone. Phone numbers of regular people are
not likely to be on the lists of spoofed numbers available online. People who see their own phone numbers in the
caller ID are supposed to be so shocked and/or curious (hoped for by the scammer), that they will pick up the phone
if for no other reason, just to see why their own phone number is showing up in their caller ID. Whoever is behind
the calls from this number, it is clearly a scam. I feel very badly for the woman whose phone number is
obviously being abused.- Caller: Dianne Wright
- Call type: Prank
