These People Behind This Number Is A Scam...BEWARE !!!!

This person says his name is officer Samuel Baxter and keeps calling me about paying this loan back for 300 dollars but i never took out a loan for 300 i mean why would you take a loan out for 300$. He keeps telling me if i don't pay it a shocking surprise will happen to me. should i not return his call and go to the cops about this or what should i do please help me..

i have the same problem they tell me i well go to jail if i dont pay my 400$ daller they are bother me ever day they sound from inda help what i should do

They called me claming they were the"BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION" and collecting a bebt of 300.00

they called me today also. a lady claiming to officer KIMBERLY, STUWART from the dept. of criminal investigations. and my soc. sec. #  was under criminal investigations and if i dont reply immediately that im gonna go to jail. these scum bags needto put to a stop and arrested.

I got a call today from a David Cooper with a very heavy accent who left a voicemail on my work number. Stated he was from BCI criminal invesitigations and if I did not call him back then I better get my bail money ready.  He stated I took a $300 loan from a cash advance and never paid it back.  I never took a cash advance so I did call back to see what was going on and the gentleman that answer the phone started yelling saying pay up or be locked up.  when i typed the number in google all the above came up so I knew I was being scammed.  These people need stopped.

these people nonstop call us threatening me that they are having me arrested and put in prison when I tell them it is a scam and I know that they stop for a few days and start back up I want them to stop harrassing me and my wife.  The guy changes his name after a few days and starts over again

I have been getting calls, deputy Ben and officer Kimberly. They sound like they are from India and saying I must pay or pay a huge amount in court costs and a possible arrest. They had my SS#, email and home address. Who are these people and can they be stopped?

Keep getting calls and these people with foreign accents tell me theay are deputies and officers of the bureau of criminal investigation and my SS# is under investigation. They want money and threaten me with court and  possible arrests. They won't tell me why I owe them this money or who they are. But somehow they got my phone number at home and at work! They have my home address and emails and I have not given that info to them. Someone needs to take care of this major problem! Who can I contact?

I'm getting the same calls saying the same stuff. Told them to call my lawyer. They told me I was going to be arrested. I said I did not get a loan. My lawyer said it was a scam. So we all just learn and beware.

I also received a call from a man with an indian accent saying they have a case under my social security number and he is calling from the burea of investigation and for me and my attorney to call so I left a message for my attorney to call he had the nerve to say he would come to my home or work place where do these people get our information from this is getting out of hand..

I received a call from a Joe Clark, with the same indian accent! This is ridiculous, of how these people can get personal information such as your ssn, and phone numbers! These people needs to be caught and they need to be put in jail as, well as paying a fine for harassment! They are a Scam Artist So Be Aware!!!! Do Not Send Them Any Money!!!

I received a call from this number today.  The caller spoke severely broken, nearly unintelligible, English.   The claim was that I am under investigation and have 21 criminal charges pending against me.  I told the caller I knew this was a scam, and would prosecute.  He/she apparently became frustrated and hung up on me.  I would love to bust this group of scumbags.

I got a call 2 days straight from a man name Michael Black with a heavy Indian accent he told me that if I didn't return his call only God could help me out of this situation. First of all what Indians has an american name such as Michael Black and all the other american names I've read? Today when he called I answered the phone I told him I did not understand what he was saying, he put someone else on the phone I didn't understand him then the third person who claims to be the supervisor for BCI told me if I didn't make a payment today for 300 he will have an officer to my house tonight to arrest me. These S.O.B'S' have all of my information home address, phone number and my employer. He also said that he could have me fired if I didn't take care of this manner. Is there any way this could be aired nationwide on the news for ppl to be aware of the scums. I know they are trying to scam ppl so please everyone do not send these ppl any money this is absolutely ridiculous

They've been calling my office, my home, my friends and my parents threatening everything possible, both legally and physically.   They change the name of the company and the phone number after a few weeks and try again.  I've already reported this scam to my state's Attorney General, the FTC, Fraud.org and the Div of Finance for my state.  I think the best thing to do is keep reporting them with all phone numbers they provide and hope it helps to catch them.

I got a call a few days ago. And today they have called twice. I knew it was a scam. So I told him he was going to jail for harrasing me. LOL this people are nuts. I called the phone company to see what they could do.

We've been contacted by the same men.  The same thing..claimed we received a $300 payday loan, but couldn't give us a specific day, etc.  He said that only God could help us and we would be arrested.  How has everyone else handled this?  did you file a police report against these guys?  Please help.

I started getting these calls today. When I received the call at work, I took the call and was being transferred, then I hung up because was on hold for about 5 min. They called again and asked for my supervior. I took the call and was told "only GOD can help you" "you have 30 min to return my call or legal actions will be take" His name was John Smith and had a very heavy accent.

these people keep calling harrassing me...he says his name is samuel baxter..yeah, right, his name is probably mohammad or something like that. when he is on the phone there is a very loud tv in the background and it seems like a call center setting because i can hear other people in the background...whats funny is i heard someone else say "this is samuel baxter and i have an important message for you" so there are multiple people with the same name? huh...lol.
this man swears he is going to have officers at my husbands job and at my house to arrest him for some made up loan, its funny though because my whole family is on the police force here, so i told him thanks for calling the cops, i haven't seen my dad in about two weeks and it will be good to catch up with him, he then informed me that he was going to get my husband fired from his job, the funny thing is my husband owns his business, and when i told them that he then stated that i was lying....ah i love scammers...what a great way to brighten someones day! lol

just keep calling them back and asking how it feels to be spammed all day...its GREAT entertainment listening to them.....then they get mad and put porn on REALLY loud, like they sit the phone down by a tv or computer and you hear a woman just screaming...
