Said that I had committed cyber crimes and needed to call some number and the man sounded like he was from India

i told him his mother was a criminal and i was going to report him and he said he was going to be there when they arrest me. i enjoy getting smart with them in a funny way

i received a call today. i could not understand his accent or what he was saying cause there was to much back ground noice. i yelled at him and he said not to yell at an officer. i cursed on him and hung up on him. he wanted me to confirm my last four digits of my social but that i did not confirm

GOt the same call.  He said his name was Eddie Brown and he was from New York.  I told him I knew this was a scam and that  I was tired of the phone calls.

I got a call from this number at around 9am.  He said that he was a federal officer and that I owed Cash Advance over $8,000.  When they let me ask them a question, I asked for the phone number of the people who were suposedly suing me (this upcoming friday 01/14/11 am).  He told me that I couldn't contact them.  So I told him, "Screw you" and hung up.  They tried calling me back but, I hung up on them.

I just received a call from a Sean white at this number who also had and Indian accent. He is saying that i owe money From Cash Advance and that I stole money from them. I even checked my account and what he is saying is straight bs...he wont give me the info to anyone that I supposedly owe money too so I cursed him out real good and told him when he gives me the information I need I will do something about it.

Yea, same [***] as above, They called me the other day and said they were going to file a law suit. I dared him to file. I asked him, please do file that lawsuit. You dont have the balls. is what I said... Today they called and said I have court tomorrow at 9am. I asked what judge, what room number, he wouldnt tell me. I asked what county is this in, once again he wouldnt tell me. He asked if i lived at some address in California... I LIVE IN TEXAS YOU DUMB INDIAN PHONE TERRORIST, i yelled. I asked for his supervisor, and he hung up...

I am sick and tired of this number calling me and no one is on the line. How do I report such harrassment?

this person called shawn thomas has been calling in regards for my sister, listed off her social security number and my address and said that she pulled out a payday loan for a ge money bank and told me that they would be sending an officer to my house to arrest my sister and that she will be getting a lawsuit. for one my sister doesnt live with me, and why should they be telling me her social security number, i could have been a complete stranger and just had access to it and screwed her over and stolen her identity. and third, how did they get my number? this has to be some kind of scam, me and my friend called the cops because this guy said he was a cop and even gave us a badge number. im tired of these calls, why should i be harassed? this is ridiculous.

Answered, but no one said anything, so I hung up.

Called yesterday at 6 pm CST, no message, tried calling back, but no answer.

This person has called me saying that his name is Jack and he sounds like he is from India. I am tired of him calling me. He calls at different times of the day saying that I need to call them back as soon as I get this message with my attorney information. I have told them to send me information about this "lawsuit". He refuse to give me any information. He has asked for my social security number but wont tell me why he needs it. I have hung up and he will call back from a different number. I have yelled and cussed him out about calling me. He yells back in that horrible accent that he has...and I just hang up on him. I am going to be reporting them to the police about them harrassing me. I suggust that if you get a call from them that you just hang up and report them to your local police station.

I just got a call from this number after I was on studentloans.gov going through a loan app for my child to go to school. I had to go there to get turned down on purpose, LOL, or I wouldn't have been there. So, anyways, as SOOOOOON as I was denied, within 10 minutes, this woman calls and says that I have been chosen to receive a "government grant" of $6,000 that I didn't have to pay back. I couldn't understand her Indian dialect, so I asked her to give me someone else. She repeated the speech again... ok, I got mad and said, "If you are from the government, are you in the U.S?" and "Can you give me someone in America, I don't understand you at all?" Then, she hands the phone to a man sitting next to her! I tell him that if this is for real, I would get a call from someone from the U.S Government, and they would be HERE and they wouldn't have been that damn fast. He started their speech over and then I said that I was wanting an American, so he GAVE THE PHONE BACK TO THE FIRST GIRL who started over, I cursed at her and hung up! geez

Got this call yesterday - they said I better have my lawyer call or I would need gods help to get me out of this....funny I got these same calls said the same thing but were out of Riverside Calf about 6 months ago and the police shut them down.  I have never taken a cash advance so can't  owe one - Is there a way to report them to the police?

i got several cals today from this# indian accent stating my ss# has been turned over for a lawsuit would not give me any info just stated i owe them money and i need to pay,i asked for a sup i got mr. brown who sd he was a lawyer and that hey were comming to my job if i didnt pay i hu bc i knew it was bs they caled right bk from another # i hu on them again then just kept calling bk to bk to bk then finally stopped

Same here as the rest. Keep calling my job. Filing harassment charges with local police.

This number called me 7 times in 2 hours, when I tried to give them my bankruptcy lawyers number they refused to take it. When I had my lawyer call them to inform them that these types of calls are illegal they replied that they didn't care. They also refused to give an address or fax number for my lawyer to fax/mail documents to.
