Has called me three times in the past 12 hours!

It's Credit One Bank.

Its Credit One. Already paid my bill but they will call you up to 15 times a day because payments can take days (almost a week) to post to account.

Thanks for telling me its Credit One. I'm late with my bill but there's no reason for them to call me 3 time in the past hour and I'm not answering cause I didn't know it was them and I already told them I would pay by end of the week. So they can keep calling but I wont be answering

Grr hit a hard time and was a few days late one time and what do I get? By the time the payment actually posted and they stopped calling I received 32 calls in 8 days. Dang. Really??? Is this necessary? This is just harassment. I've actually even worked in collections before but we never called this many times. I'm paying the card off this payday and closing it. It was just a temporary crutch when our dryer broke anyway. Loyalty programs or one time forgiveness are how you keep customers, not harassment.

never been late..my mom passed away and forgot to pay bill on time..calling 9 times yesterday...really.. bill paid and you still calling..

I'm not even late and they called me 10 times today!  Will be cancelling this card immediately.

Credit One uses many numbers to call and harass with. It is unfortunate that they go so low as to ruin their reputation like this. I am going to do the same and pay them off and close the account. Regardless if you owe them or a late, calling every 30-60 minutes is not going to work. Their company policy is horrible, management is stupid and their upper executives do not have a clue...

My account with Credit One was hacked.... I filled out all the paperwork explaining that the charges were not mine and to cancel the account....  They sent me a new card which I never activated and then a statement arrived with a balance due for a card that was not active and never used!!!   I cut the card, sent it back and told them to cancel the account... They are still calling...

Yeah.....unfortunately if you are even a day late, they begin calling non stop from multiple numbers.
I was actually surprised that this was their number given that my payment is barely late.
It's a little frustrating. Even the most punctual consumer misses a day or two now and then. Harassing calls after only a
day or two late seems extreme.

I cancelled my card and they called me to pay the annual membership fee.  I cancelled it a year ago...called me from 4 different numbers about 10 times a day - multiple times an hour.  Harassment of the worst kind.

I have gotten 16 calls in the last 2 hours!  No caller ID and they never leave a message.  Not late with my payment. This is ridiculous.  Filing complaint with States Attorney Office.

I am late and cannot pay. so calling is not going to do anything. so I block every number that comes in.
