Just got a call. This is Misty from Law Offices of Ed Overcash (notice the last name, kind of weird) and asked me to call (877) 936-5304. Debt collector. Calls my cell, work, and home often.

I am constantly getting these idiotic debt collectors calling for someone else.  They have to be calling anyone with live telephone service.  I got seven of these calls before eleven a.m..  I have reported this number to the FTC along with fifteen other collectors using hundreds of different spoofed numbers on the Caller ID.  It is past time a law with teeth was implemented that stopped these harassing calls.  It is beyond the point of ridiculous.  Ever wonder if Congressmen get these calls?  No way, guaranteed "no call" numbers.  When the next Congressional election comes along, write in Debt Collectors as your vote.

I am getting calls from this number which I do not answer but they leave voicemails - calling for someone else- then the person who has an foreign accent refers to another number to contact about a collection of debt...this is annoying as I am on a do not call list-  what is the point of being on the list if you are still getting bogus calls?  These people need to be stopped.

Got a call this afternoon from Michelle Harris. After she confirmed my name, she attempted to confirm other personal information but refused to say what business she was with when I asked. She just kept repeating her name. Then when I said, I do NOT confirm my personal info with someone that I don't know, she said she'll tell me who she's with after she get all my info??? I don't think so lady! I hung up on her. I assume if it was important and legitimate, she would have called back.

Got call this morning, but googled number before I answer calls I don't know! The message left was looking for Karen Wagner about debt collection (not me). The woman stated she was from the law offices of Ed Overcash. There was a lot of background noise as if she was calling from a room full of operators/phone solicitors. Left message to call back if this was not Karen Wagner, but not interested - I'll just block call on my cell phone if I get any more.
