First time ever being called. I owe no debts. Very hard southern accent. Saying will pursue legal action if the plaintiff is not called. And gives a friendly message at the end saying good luck moving foward. And i've been officially notified....Yea right

Here we go again.  Sime scammy fraudulent debt collector got caught, then changes their phone number and starts all over again.  Do what I do. Upload screen shots of vm's (I use visual voice mail so it converts their vm to text)  and call records.to the FTC and FBI.  Legit companies don't do this.

hey I got a call from a lady named Maria from the same number just to be honest with you I use to work in the same type of field is just a collection for a payday loan we have to call and scare people away they say call is Shake people to get the money to make a payday loan payment its illegal and do not pay attention to this ignorance and tell them to cease and desist from calling your damn phone

you're right and it's against federal regulations for them to call you and say this next time to call you record them and if you need to pursue legal action please do because this is not a proper way to collect any debt and especially on a payday loan
