Was called by unknown number said that I was a finalist in some contest didn't enter a contest I need your help to find out if this was a legitimate call or an attempt to steal my information

I received a call from this # today, I did not answer the phone because this # is unknown to me. I tried to find out who the # belong to on the internet, but I was not going to pay money to find out. I call the # back several times and the message said the # is not in service. I don't believe 864-643-1939 is trust worthy

Person with foreign accent just kelp saying hello.... wish I hadn't answered. Looking at my phones call history indicates two calls from this number regestered at the same time srtamp........ Don't answer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Direct Buy" foreign accent, said she got the number from "sources" even though I am on DoNotCall list.
