i live in ohio and got one bout 10 mins ago,same thing,i answer and no response

i tried to call them back on my cell got a strange busy tone,so i tried on my land line and got a message saying the # was disconnected and no linger in service,15mins after they called me....hmmm

did they call ur cell? i am near dayton. it just bothers me

I live in Cincinnati OH. I saw on my caller ID that this number called me yesterday afternoon, no message was left. They just called again a few minutes ago and when I answered they hung up. I tried calling the number back and I get a message saying the number is not in service. I had a similar experience a couple of months ago and it turned out to be Time Warner Cable's sales department. I don't know why they call and then just hang up. It is very strange.

I finally answered the call and the person said something about being from Time Warner...but I don't think its real.

I keep getting them and never get to answer it in time. That makes me feel better knowing who it is thanks guys!

I got the same issues. It will happen two to three times a day. I did just have service on my cable box so I am wondering now if that had anything to do with it.

ya they called my cell.i've got like 10 more calls from them over the weekend.the # sounds made up.

I tried calling the number back and the recording said the person you are trying to reach does not want to be disturbed. Well quit disturbing me then!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This number called twice today, each call four hours apart. The Caller ID listed "out of area". No one is ever there when I answer. Called the number back and it said "your call cannot be completed as dialed; please check the number and try your call again".

Very strange. I too am in Ohio, and I too am tired of this. >:(

I work for Time Warner - its not us - and I get them too that's how I found this page.

This number has called our home REPEATEDLY for the last couple of weeks.  We never answer calls that we don't recognize the number.  If it's Time Warner, they might as well quit calling us; we just signed up for their internet service last week!

I just got another call from this number, so I decided to pick it up.  Yes, it was Time Warner following up on a call I had made earlier....??  Maybe, but we got internet installed last week.....wish they were up to date on their customers!

I blocked this number. I am on the Do Not Call list.
They have no right calling numbers that are on this list.

This number has been calling me everyday, several times a day as well.  I called AT&T (because this number is calling my cell phone) and they said you can not block a number.  I also live in Ohio (Akron area).  It is very frustrating.  Is there anyway to block this number?
