Blank air for a few seconds then an automated voice say ing this is ? from home security systems , "how are you?" I didn't respond and hung up. New security SCAM.

This is a scam saying that GE security systems are going to be in your area and are offering you a new security system free of charge. I told the automated system that I had dogs for my security and it hung up! [***]!

Call to home # 2:22 p.m. 1/29/16.  No message left.  Caller ID read Consumer Service.

Called at 10:40 a.m. Did not answer, they didn't leave voice mail. Thanks to everyone who posted to tell us they were "home security".

Just received a call from this number. Thanks to others for posting. I will now block it.
