healthcare.gov reminder to get health insurance

Just received a call from 8656578206 on my cell. I returned the call from a different phone line (land line) and a robo voice told me to press one if I would like to be place on a do not call list. What?????? Why would they call to tell me how to be added to the no call. Makes no sense. I'm sure it's a "spoofed" number, but I have no idea who and what called.

They called me a 7:00 pm on Saturday. Asked if I was aware of the deadline for healthcare.gov.

Pressed 1. Got "Mary" on the line. Told her I was aware of it being late Saturday night and she should get FU'KED.

Make these M0R0NS hate their jobs.

If the call is a robo call without identifying the company and reason why they are calling, then it is illegal and more than likely a scam.

The best advice is to never pick up unknown calls and DEFINETLY DO NOT PROVIDE PERSONAL INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE. In every single state in the US you have that right. Period.

Just don't do it. Rule of thumb to abide by.

A social security number, street address, and especially a bank card or credit card are gold mines for thieves. Telemarketing scams are easy ways to steal.

Also, health care fraud is huge in America. If you feel you are a victim or a potential victim please report it to your state authority, health insurance, local police department, fbi and to fcc.

Hung up without leaving a message. I doubt it's healthcare.gov as one person said. That could just be a different spoof they're trying. I have also noticed in the past few days that spoofed telespammer criminal calls such as this tend to alternate with "Unavailable 1" in pretty close succession, and that may mean something, like, they're testing us.

865-657-8206 dialed in  today.  I did answer.  I am glad I did not.  I am really thankful for this site.

You have to do that.  Invest in a call blocker.
